Angie Eliza
For the one who speaks in quiet sighs,
She paints the world in colors that fade.
Her smile, a fleeting glimpse of light,
But shadows follow her every step,
Her heart aches for something lost in the night. There's a boy who gives and never asks,
Fingers dancing on broken strings,
He weaves melodies of a love long gone,
His eyes reflect a distant past,
Where every girl's goodbye was left unsung. The world moves fast, but he stands still,
Chasing echoes that slip from his grasp.
She was a dream too bright to hold,
Now he's left with empty hands,
Whispering her name into the cold.In every mirror, he sees her face,
Flickers of a time that slipped away.
He reaches out, but she's never there,
Like a memory lost in waves,
She's the girl he'll always miss but never chase. There's a room he never enters now,
Once filled with laughter, now it's bare.
Her ghost lingers in the quiet corners,
Where he once found warmth in her embrace,
Now it's just a place where silence wears her name. They said love was meant to last,
But in his hands, it turned to sand.
Girls were moments that passed by,
Now he waits in the space between,
For a girl who left her heart in the sky.
