In the glow of the spotlight,
thirteen hearts hide their pain,
smiling faces mask the sorrow,
beneath joy, they bear the strain.
One leads with weary shoulders,
bearing the weight of every fear,
while another longs for warmth and comfort,
yet feels distant, alone, and unclear.
A voice echoes sweetly in the silence,
but within lies a yearning for more,
while a bright laugh fills empty spaces,
hiding tears behind a cheerful door.
A dancer moves with wild abandon,
yet the shadows loom and grip his feet,
as the dreamer paints in muted colors,
his vibrant hopes feel bittersweet.
Words linger softly, waiting to surface,
thoughts buried deep beneath the skin,
as a gentle spirit fights in silence,
and a heart crumbles from within.
The youngest dreams of skies above,
yet the weight pulls him down low.
In their bond, they seek a refuge,
but the scars remain unseen—
each shadow tells a story,
of the ones who once dared to dream.
