Goodnight Princess

Chapter 26

Well it is now June but let me give a quick overview of what happened since March when y/n's reputation was restored. Well all of the kids in the class eventually stop fanning over her eventually. Though they did start to exile Ben which he deserved. I am honestly shocked that he was not expelled though considering it is eighth grade I suppose that it doesn't really matter.

Me and y/n spend the weekends together normally. We go on walks, or go to festivals; or something simple like go out for ice cream. Since we can apparate we can go almost anywhere.

But now it is graduation. We are getting out of this school. Finally. I was so done with these muggles. They weren't all bad, Ava turned out to be fine and so did some of the others. Oh well I'm not going to miss them either way.

We are now sitting in the gymnasium on either side of the middle row, girls and boys. They are calling us up one by one giving us a little paper thing. I am not really paying attention to the other students until I hear...

"Y/n Smith." I clap really hard along with the rest of them. She walks up on the stage. Then returns to her seat.

"Mattheo Riddle." Surprisingly everyone claps as I make my way up onto the stage. I get my paper and then return to my seat.

At the end of the ceremonies we are to go back to my house. I think that they have some sort of celebration planned. Once the announcements were done and we were finally dismissed we walked out of the gym and into the back parking lot. We went to where we typically apparate to school, which is like an alleyway in between the two buildings.

I grab her hand and take us out front of the Manor. We walk up to the door and into the living room. There were cupcakes, and other party decorations all around the room. I saw that Astoria and Blaise were also invited. Hogwarts had let out a few days ago, so Draco had already gotten home. Y/n looked up at me, I had not told her that they were throwing a little party for us. It is mostly for her, I mean I passed 8th grade but I didn't pass kindergarten through 7th sooo... I don't really deserve a party.

"Did you know about this?" She questioned in a skeptical voice.

"Maybe." She just rolled her eyes and walked over to Draco, Astoria, and Blaise. I shortly followed her.

"Y/n, Mattheo there's something here for each of you." Announced Narcissa.

We both look at each other confused. I raise my hands up in surrender to say that I didn't know about this.

We both walked over to the table where there were two envelopes each had our name on them in emerald green, along with Malfoy Manor's address. I know what this is. Y/n is opening it frantically, she starts to read it and her face lights up like a toddler on christmas morning.

"We're going to Hogwarts!" I knew she wanted to jump up and down but she kept her composure. I just hugged her in triumph, I did it, we were going to Hogwarts together next year. We stayed like that for another couple of minutes. Until she finally pulls away to go celebrate with the rest of them.

We continued to party until it was time for everyone to go home. I could tell there was something bothering her. So I brought her up to the roof before I had to take her back home.

"What is wrong?"

"Nothing, just my parents. It's fine I will figure something out. Don't worry about it." We sit in silence for a couple minutes before she starts to drift off.

"Hey, hey you can't fall asleep today, you have to go home." She wakes up and grabs my hand. I take her back to her room.

"Goodnight princess."

"Goodnight Theo."

Sorry for the short chapter and long wait I was having some technical difficulties on my end and was too busy to sort them out. Sorry

I am running out of Ideas so if there is anything you want to see in it please feel free to comment them, they wont be used until much later, since I already have the next 15 chapters written (as I explained in earlier chapter I have a bunch prewritten so if I am too busy I can still post a little)
