The following morning, Seokjin woke to the soft hum of machinery and the dull glow of computer screens. His body was stiff from the night spent on the old couch, but the exhaustion weighed heavier on his mind than his muscles. He blinked away the grogginess, sitting up slowly. Across the room, Yoongi and Namjoon were already deep into planning. The smell of strong coffee wafted in the air, drawing Seokjin from his haze.

"Morning," Seokjin mumbled, rubbing his eyes as he shuffled over to the table.

Namjoon glanced up, a small smile playing on his lips. "Morning. Grab some coffee; we have a lot to go over."

Yoongi didn't look up, his eyes fixed on a blueprint of the mountain facility projected onto the wall. "I've managed to get into some of their systems," Yoongi said, tapping his keyboard with practiced precision. "It wasn’t easy, but I got us some key intel. Security shifts, entry points, even a map of the underground tunnels."

Seokjin poured himself a cup of coffee, his hands trembling slightly as the implications of what they were about to do sank in. "And what's the plan? How do we get inside without alerting them?"

Yoongi tapped a part of the map, zooming in on a section marked with red lines. "There's a supply convoy that makes routine deliveries to the facility. Food, equipment, materials for their experiments. It’s heavily guarded, but it’s our best shot. If we can intercept one of the trucks before it reaches the main gates, we can use it to slip past their external security."

Namjoon crossed his arms, his brow furrowed in concentration. "It’s risky. Even if we get in, we’ll be on a tight schedule. Once they realize something's off, they'll shut down every exit. We’ll have to move fast."

Seokjin nodded, sipping his coffee. His thoughts wandered back to his father—the man who had raised him, built an empire, and now stood at the heart of a global conspiracy. The betrayal still stung, but he knew now wasn’t the time to dwell on it. He had to focus on what was ahead.

"I’ll be ready," Seokjin said, his voice steady despite the turmoil within. "Whatever we find in there, we expose it all."

Yoongi leaned back in his chair, stretching his arms. "There’s one more thing. The files I decrypted mentioned something called ‘The Catalyst.’ From what I can gather, it’s the key to ‘Project Atlas.’ They’ve been working on it for years, but all the details are buried deep in the facility."

Namjoon raised an eyebrow. "The Catalyst?"

Yoongi shrugged. "That’s all I’ve got for now. Whatever it is, they’re going to extreme lengths to keep it under wraps. My guess? It’s something big. Maybe the final phase of their plan."

Seokjin exchanged a glance with Namjoon. His stomach churned at the thought of what ‘The Catalyst’ could be—some new weapon, a system of control, something far worse than they’d imagined.

"We find it," Namjoon said firmly. "And we destroy it."

Two days later, they stood on the outskirts of the mountains, hidden in the dense forest as the convoy made its approach. The air was cold, biting through their jackets as they crouched in the underbrush. The plan was simple, but execution would be everything.

Namjoon adjusted the small earpiece in his ear, his eyes scanning the winding road below. "Yoongi, you in position?"

"Ready and waiting," came Yoongi’s voice through the comms. "The road’s clear. You’ve got a ten-minute window before the next satellite pass."

Seokjin’s heart pounded in his chest, the adrenaline thrumming through his veins as he readied himself. He glanced at Namjoon, who gave him a reassuring nod.
