CHAPTER 18

Aiah's POV
"Are you shy? Come on babi I am your wife already." Mikha said while laughing and cleaning me from behind.

"Stop laughing in front of my butt bub. Nakakainis ka naman eh." I said trying to fight the embarassment.

"Alam mo hanggang sa maging kulubot na ang balat natin at pumuti na ang buhok natin. I'll still clean your ass." Mikha said while laughing.

Aiah's POV
After teasing me for asking her to wash my ass. Mikha helped me get back in bed and then prepare a towel and a basin.

All I can do is just watch her and admire her for being hands on to me. I wish I could take care of her the way she takes care of me right now.

"The water's a bit cold, do you want me to turn off the AC muna?" She said, "Just lower it down nalang bub para hindi ka din mainitan." I replied.

Aiah's POV
She begins to clean my face gently, every pat of the towel was soft. Her hands are not heavy and I can feel comfort with it.

She then lowered the towel to my arms and into my underarms which made me winced because of the cold sensation I felt.

"I'm sorry..." She gently said as she saw my reaction. She continued cleaning my body and gave me a new hospital gown dahil wala pa talaga kaming damit.

Mikha's POV
As soon as I finished cleaning Aiah up. I turned on the TV and let her pick a movie she wants to watch. I excused myself first to clean my face to freshen up a bit.

"Babi tabi tayo please." She said while pouting and making a space for me in her bed. Despite of the oxygen line connected on her nose, hindi pa din nawala ang cuteness nito.

"Alright, hold on for a second. Ayusin ko lang mga kalat dito." I said as I begin to clean the paper bags from the table and throw it properly in the trash. I scooched in and cuddled with Aiah.

Mikha's POV
With her using my arms as a pillow, we watch a movie peacefully. She picked various movies at hindi ko na namalayan na nakatulog na pala siya sa braso ko.

I turned off the TV at nilakasan ng bahagyan ang aircon para mas makapag pahinga pa ng maayos si Aiah.

My eyes begins to trace every single corner of her face, despite of her dry lips and pale face. Hindi pa din talaga nawawala ang ganda ni Aiah.

Mikha's POV
An hour after, Colet and Maloi finally arrived. Aiah is still peacefully sleeping. I slowly removed my hand in Aiah's head dahil nawawalan na ito ng malay.

I stood up slowly to greet my friends who brought something for us.

"Boi nilutuan ko kayo ni Aiah, pwede ba sakanya yung pasta? Nag dala na din ako ng crab and corn soup para may sabaw kayo." Colet said.

Mikha's POV
"Ito naman yung mga gamit and laptop mo pinapadala na ni Sheena sa akin. Sabi niya kasi di ka pa nakakaligo at pinapasabi niya din na siya na ang susundo kila tita mamayang gabi sa airport." Maloi said.

"Thank you guys so much. Kumain na ba kayo? Sabayan niyo na kami ni Aiah, kaso natutulog pa siya eh?" I said, I saw Colet shook her head.

"No need Mikhs. Kumain na kami ni Maloi bago pumunta dito. Ikaw kumain ka na muna mukhang masarap pa ang tulog ni madam." Colet said as she turn her gaze to Aiah.

Mikha's POV
"Do you guys mind if i'll take a shower first? I'm getting itchy na din kasi." I said. It's true, not having a shower for 24 hours is a nightmare.

"No sige na maligo ka muna. I'll go prep your food na din." Maloi said.

"Thank you." I said before leaving the two.
