"It may have escaped your notice, but life isn't fair."
-Severus Snape
As they arrive just before a flying class is scheduled to begin, Sebastian glances around at the other students, slowly gathering. A sly grin spreads across his face as he turns to Elisa."You know, "there's plenty of empty broom cupboards around – we could always skip class and have fun of our own, instead."
"Calm down. I don't want to overdo all the fun in one go now, do we?"
Sebastian flinches slightly as Elisa smacks him on the back, letting out a playful grumble.
"Oi, watch it now. Don't want to damage the goods!"
"Fine, I suppose I should behave myself," he adds with a reluctant sigh, his expression a mix of feigned disappointment and mischief.
"But don't blame me if I get distracted during class, thinking about all the fun we could be having instead."
Professor Kogawa approaches Elisa and looks her over, taking note of her injury.
"Ah, Miss Odair," she says with a nod. "I see you're still recovering from your injury. I'll excuse you from today's lesson, don't worry about it. Rest up and focus on healing, alright?"
"Thank you, Professor. I'd still like to stay and observe class if you don't mind."
Professor Kogawa nods in understanding and smiles slightly. "Of course, that's no problem at all. You can observe the lesson from the sidelines if you'd like."
The class continues, and Sebastian needs help concentrating. His attention is constantly drawn towards Elisa, his eyes fixated on her every time they meet—he can't help but feel a mixture of anticipation and desire whenever their gazes connect.
Whenever Elisa notices his gaze, a soft chuckle escapes her lips, and she quickly looks away. Her actions further distract Sebastian, and his memory of their earlier encounter remains fresh in his mind.
Professor Kogawa approaches Elisa, a smile on her face.
"I must say, Miss Odair, congratulations on making the Quidditch team. Your skills on the field are awe-inspiring, and I can't wait to see you in action this season."
"Thank you, Professor, I can't wait to fully recover and return to flying."
Professor Kogawa nods in understanding, her smile warm and supportive.
"Take all the time you need to fully recover before getting back on your broom. Your health and well-being should always come first. Don't rush it."
