The Break

We found ourselves outside the theater, in the open space, and the air was what many needed, especially after what they had just witnessed. It was...it was a lot to take in. So many people had to find trashcans and were puking out whatever food they had in their systems.

We see the villains starting; many of them were sitting at one of the tables, and none of them knew where to start or say...

Dabi: "So, let's not pull the angry little dog and pissed off our overseer. That stupid is serious more mess up then we are."

Shigaraki: "You think that was him mad at someone. Please, that was him proving a point."

Stain: "And how do you know that?"

Shigaraki: "Well for him not only out-right stating it. But; the simple fact. Let's actually look at the past few verses, coupled with his speeches back there. For starters many of the verses we see of the green hair pest; they were always let's say victorious in some way for the green hair. Sure we can say he lost in the villain verse of him. But at the same time he won. He got to beat someone who has caused him pain for YEARS! He was able to see what it's like with another quirk and how scary he got to be. And yes he beat his sister; he didn't kill her. And it wasn't like he didn't have a heart. Even towards that cock for brain Bakugou."

Shigaraki: "Even at his worst when it came to the black sheep; he never had to truly suffer. There was always a silver lining. What we just saw was the first probably one of many that goes with what our overseer said; he doesn't believe in ass-pulls, in good guys always winning, fat always favors good people, no he makes clear; bad shit happens. And if you think any good might come...no. Not everything is all rainbow and sunshine. Hell we saw how much he loved that one chick Toga would go to town with."

Toga: "Baby you know it."

Shigaraki: "He broke her, hell he broke the mother! The damn mother! The same lady he defended with his LIFE the verse prior to the one we just saw! He isn't a good guy. He isn't a bad guy. He is a reaper who might have favorites, but he can't play with them. To prove you mean business sometimes you gotta shoot a hostage. What he shows us takes that as a sign, he can play nice; but he can also play the other end of the spectrum."

Shigaraki: "Heh, people often like to say a hero is most scary when they snap...no...those who understand both sides are truly the scariest." Shigaraki looks at one of the many hands he took off and thinks about what he has viewed thus far.

In his opinion, most of the verses could have been more exciting or interesting. This is semi the case; what has been interesting for Shigaraki has the talk with Slayer himself. A man who has been teaching those damn heroes lessons every verse. Some lessons might be in your face; some take a minute to dig in. For most of them, Shigaraki has been tuning many of them out. But, every so often, they got him thinking.....
