Jacelyn's P.O.V

I wake up and Adam is laying beside me, looking at me.

"Good morning beautiful, how was your night, mine was wonderful with you by my side," Adam sings to me. Awh, that's cute.

"My night was great," I say and I kiss him. I lay there for a few minutes and wake up. My stomach is hurting. Crap, mother nature. I forgot, it's better than finding out I'm pregnant, especially since we want to be on our way to Idaho by this weekend.

"I'll be back, I have to use the bathroom," I tell Adam, and get up and go in.

I use the bathroom and thank goodness I brought tampons with me. I remember one time I stayed the night at Mariska's and I got my period. I hollered for a tampon and Adam had to bring it to me, he acted like it was the most disgusting thing he'd ever done. I laughed about it forever. Since then every time I stayed the night at Mariska's and if one of us got our period, he'd see the wrappers in the can and not use that bathroom all week. He used their parents.

I go back downstairs and Adam is on the couch with his laptop.

"Do you feel better?" Adam asks me.

"No not really," he snarls his nose and then laughs.

"I'm kidding, I love you Jace, even with that big mess on your head," he says referring to my bun. I roll my eyes and giggle.

"Sure, you do," I go into the kitchen and pour corn flakes into a bowl. Cereal for breakfast is my favorite.

I go back into the living room and sit by Adam.

"Whatcha doin?" I ask him.

"Looking for places where we can live in Idaho."

"What town or city do you like best so far?" I'm so excited to move but I! also sad because I'm not gonna be here for any of Mariska's doctors appointments, and I won't be there to find out what the gender of the babies are or anything. And who am I gonna run to or talk to when I need someone besides Adam?

"I like Albion so far, I've looked at a few others but Albion is where I think we should go."

"I don't care where we go, honestly. I just don't want to live in the city," I sit beside him.

"I know, me either," he agreed," I've looked and there's a few double wides out, away from the city. I've called a lady about one of them and she said it'd be $200 every two weeks or $400 a month."

"Well, when did you do this?" I ask.

"I've been busy a lot while you've been sleeping at night. "

"I didn't want it to stress you out so I've been gathering it all together, and getting ready to tell you about everything. Oh, and she said that we'd only have to pay for the electric bill there, the water and everything else is included in the rent money. I really think we should move there, and it's Monday, we wanted to be gone by this weekend and we can be. Heck we can leave today. I'm ready when you are. "

"I know. We still haven't told our parents, and I want to see mom before we leave and I was thinking that maybe since Jake hasn't been around in a while we could stay here until he did come back."

"Why have you changed your mind all the sudden?"

"I'm gonna miss Mariska. I won't even be here when she finds out what the babies are or anything. I won't get to go baby shopping with her, nothing! She's my best friend and I wanna be here for this," I think he noticed the sadness in my voice.

"Jacelyn, look if we can find out a few days or weeks before her gender doctor appointment I'll drive you back down here for it and we can stay for a few days or so, and y'all can shop and do what you want. We'll be back down here when they're born and stay until Mariska, Micah, and the babies can come back with us. It'll all be okay. I promise. We need to go ahead and be settled before they come, and we can't just keep living over here with them. We need our space and they need theirs."

"Okay, that'll be fine, I guess."

"Don't be sad, you'll have me," he pulls me in and hugs me from the side. The door is rattling, like it's being unlocked or broke, and Adam jumps up. He walks over to the door and and goes to look out the peep hole, right when the door opens. In walks Mariska and Micah and I start to laugh. Adam is holding his nose, from where he got hit. He's hurt kinda but that was great.

"Oh, dude! Did I hit you?" Micah laughs. Adam glares at him and starts laughing too.

"Are you okay?" Mariska asks.

"Yes, I'm fine."

"Woah, babies!" I yell, looking at Mariska's baby bump.

"I know, I'm gonna miss being skinny," she laughs and we hug.

"I've missed you and I'm gonna miss you lots," I say, forgetting we hadn't told them yet.

"Why? Are y'all actually leaving by this weekend?" Micah asks.

"Yeah, we are. Hopefully this week goes fast or we mufght just leave Wednesday sometime. I've called a lady and we've got somewhere to live. I think we're gonna go tell our parents that we're leaving and get our stuff to go."

"We told mom and dad that y'all were probably leaving soon, so you'll probably just have to say bye and get your stuff, Adam," Mariska let's him know.

"Alright, thanks. I won't have to explain myself, " he laughs.

"Hopefully I won't have to either." I say.

"I think we should head that way in a few, I'm gonna find out how far a drive it'll be. I wanna leave as soon as we can," Adam says.

"Well, where are y'all going?" Mariska asks.

"A place called Albion, it seems like a good place to go and there's plenty of job opportunities and colleges and stuff," Adam tells them.

"Alright," Mariska goes into the kitchen and Adam and I go up to our room. I start putting all our clothes from the closet back into their bags.

Adam looks up how long the drive will be and if we'll have to stay anywhere or just switch out who drives every few hours.

"It's a 28 hour drive there so do you just want to sleep and me drive until I get tired and then you drive and I sleep?"

"Oh crap, Adam, I forgot. We both have trucks and we'll both need them. So maybe we'll just have to have rest stops and get energy drinks and coffee and drive seperate." I totally forgot about us both having to have our trucks.

"Okay, that'll work too, we'll just leave tomorrow, if that's fine."

"Okay, so when do you want to go tell our parents? Now? Or go eat and then go tell them? I still have plenty of money to eat out," I tell him.

"I have money too, I can pay. Do you wanna go to Longhorn?"

"Yes! I want some of that shrimp they have!"

"Let's see if Mariska and Micah wanna go," I need to get dressed I'm still in my pajamas.

"Let me change first. Are you wearing that?" I ask.

"No, I'll change too," he throws on a cut off shirt, that may I say he looked pretty hot in, and some gray sweatpants. It's the end of August but oh well I'll throw on my American Eagle sweatpants and my T-shirt. I braid my hair and we go downstairs to get Mariska and Micah. I slide my flip flops on before we go down.

"Do y'all wanna come eat with us since it might be the last time we get to see y'all for a while?" Adam asks them. They shake their head yes and we go.

°°°°°°

We had a great time out with Mariska and Micah and they went with us to pick our stuff up. All I wanted or needed is in my truck and same for Adam. My mom didn't handle the news well, but she said she thought she felt it coming. Adam and I are in our bed, trying to go to sleep. I'm excited and nervous.

Tomorrow's my last day here in Alabama.

(1 more chapter! I'm doing maybe one or two more books to go with this one!)
