It was the morning of February 5th at The Harmony Estate, Kyuhyun and Sungmin's luxurious mansion, surrounded by the serene beauty of the lake. Inside, the calmness was interrupted by a sudden wave of panic—Sungmin was in labor.

Sungmin, ten months pregnant, clutched his belly as the first intense contraction hit him. His face contorted in pain, and he gasped, "규규야, 지금이야... (Kyukyu, it's time...)," his voice trembling as he tried to breathe through the pain.
Kyuhyun's eyes widened in shock and panic, immediately rushing to his omega's side. "귀요미! (Cutie!)" he exclaimed, quickly wrapping his arms around Sungmin to support him. His usual calm, mischievous persona was replaced with pure concern. "너 괜찮아? 의사를 불러야 해! (Are you okay? We need to call the doctor!)"
Sungmin nodded, but the pain was overwhelming. "빨리... 나 못 참겠어... (Quickly... I can't hold on much longer...)," he muttered, gripping Kyuhyun's hand tightly.
Kyuhyun wasted no time. He carefully carried Sungmin in his arms, cradling him as though he were the most precious thing in the world. They quickly made their way to the third level of their mansion, where the doctor was already waiting in the private medical room.
"규규야... 아파... (Kyukyu... it hurts...)," Sungmin groaned, his face pale as the contractions became more intense.
"귀요미, 조금만 더 참아. 의사가 기다리고 있어. (Cutie, just a little longer. The doctor is ready for us.)," Kyuhyun whispered reassuringly, though his heart was racing with fear and excitement.
As they reached the third floor, the head butler, Seo Joon-hyuk-nim, was already there, directing the medical team. "조규현님, 이성민님, 모든 준비가 끝났습니다. 의사님이 안에 계십니다. (Cho Kyuhyun-nim, Lee Sungmin-nim, everything is prepared. The doctor is inside.)," Joon-hyuk-nim said respectfully, his voice steady despite the situation.
Kyuhyun nodded, not breaking stride as he carried Sungmin into the room. "고마워요, 준혁님. (Thank you, Joon-hyuk-nim.)," Kyuhyun responded formally, even in his panic.
Inside, Dr. Kang Ji-hoon-nim was waiting, ready to assist. "이성민님, 이제 힘들지만 중요한 시간이 시작됩니다. 아기를 낳는 데 조금만 더 힘을 내주세요. (Lee Sungmin-nim, the time has come. It will be difficult, but just push a little more, and your baby will be born.)," Dr. Kang said with a calm, professional tone.
The next few hours were a blur of intense labor for Sungmin. Kyuhyun stayed by his side the entire time, holding his hand, whispering words of encouragement, and trying to stay calm despite the overwhelming emotions crashing over him.
"규규야... 나 진짜 못할 것 같아... (Kyukyu, I don't think I can do this...)," Sungmin gasped, sweat dripping down his forehead as another contraction hit.
"귀요미, 넌 할 수 있어. 넌 정말 강해. 난 네 옆에 있어. (Cutie, you can do this. You're so strong. I'm right here.)," Kyuhyun reassured him, pressing a soft kiss to Sungmin's temple as he tightened his grip on his hand.
