Blindsided

A/N Hi I got a request to do. What if Hiccup was the One who was Blinded instead of Astrid.

/3rd Person/

At the forest, Astrid, Hiccup and Fishlegs were trying to train the Triple Strike but didn't get any results.

"Hiccup, Ah! We can't train this dragon!" Astrid said, falling into a roll over as the Triple Strike blasted its fire at her.

"I know we can. If we are able to train a night fury, then we can definitely train a triple strike." Hiccup replied, determined. 

A flash of lightning caught them off guard.  Hiccup instructed "Astrid, your in charge of Storm Preparation, You know what to do. Fishlegs, tell the twins and Snotlout , that the storm is coming. I'll try and place the Triple Strike in a safe area/shelter." 

Astrid ran and jumped on Stormfly as Fishlegs did the same on Meatlug, they flew quickly to the Edge. 

Astrid soared towards Snotlout's Hut seeing Snotlout placing a cloth over his "S" whilst standing on Hookfang.  

"Snotlout! What are you even doing, come on we need to make sure we have everything set and making sure the dragons are safe." Astrid stated as Snotlout whined. 

"I'm Covering up my "S". Nothing is beautiful then this.... Except this.." Snotlout replied kissing his biceps as Astrid looked away, disgusted.

"Just COME ON! " Astrid said, raising her voice and giving him a intense glare.  

"FINE!" Snotlout shouted as he quickly placed the cloth on the "S" and flew away on Hookfang, following Astrid. The cloth on the "S" ditched the "S". 

Astrid and Snotlout arrived at the clubhouse meeting Hiccup, the twins and Fishlegs  there. 

"Everything is good then, Any Problems?" Astrid asked sternly. Fishlegs placed his arm in the sky,pulling it down when Astrid ushered him to start talking.

"I'm unsure, if I actually closed the Stable gate- I promise, I really did close it!" Fishlegs stated looking downwards, wait for Astrid to get mad.  "I'll go check." Astrid stated, opening the door to head out. When she stepped out of the door, Hiccup placed a hand on her shoulder pads and said to her. "No. Its fine, you did a lot. I'll go." Hiccup replied, quickly heading to the Stables before Astrid made a comment. Astrid walked back inside and waited.

At the Stables, A flash of lightning zapped the roof of the stables , burning it. Hiccup saw it, gasped and ran  towards the stables, unlocking the main door. Quickly, he opened doors for all the dragons and jogged outside but heard a squeal. Hiccup turned around seeing a Night Terror trapped by a block of wood which was keeping the terror's door closed. He kicked the wood as it fell away from them and opened the door. The terror ran out, along with Hiccup. By the time, Hiccup was about to leave the Stables, a zap of light  zapped him, blinding his eyes as he was pushed back on the ground unconscious. 

Astrid ran in, tears soaking her eyes frozen at the sight before her. She ran and lift Hiccup up, placing her arms under his arms. She tried leaving, till a chunk of wood fell down towards the cuties. Stormfly blasted her magnesium blast against the wood, breaking it. Astrid ran out with Hiccup, towards Hiccup's Hut.

Hiccup's Hut

The Riders stand along the outskirts of the bed frame, Astrid pacing left and right from the frame, quietly crying. None of the Riders noticed.... Well except Ruffnut. She walked forward and placed a hand on her shoulder giving her sad smile.. till they heard and deep grunt.

Hiccup's Eyes slowly opened, filled with pitch blackness. Hiccup kept blinking his eyes as he got up.

"Astrid? Astrid! I can't see anything! Guys where are you? Whoa..."
