School was over and Y/N and the girls are at the Sweet Shoppe, a street corner diner run by Mr. and Mrs. Cake. The girls are sitting at a table while Y/N is at the counter as Mrs. Cake hands him their drinks in a platter.
Y/N: Thanks very much.
He turns around to see Flash Sentry.
Y/N: Oh, hey Flash.
Flash Sentry: Hey, Y/N. I heard you're endorsing Twilight for Princess of the Fall Formal against Sunset Shimmer. I'm impressed you two are actually going through with it. I thought she would have made Twi drop out by now.
Y/N: Yeah. I have to stop her two dimwits from finding something ridiculous to use against Twilight.
Flash Sentry: Nice. I didn't think anyone would catch on to Sunset Shimmer so easily. So how are you going to get the other students to vote for Twilight?
Y/N: By convincing everyone not to vote for Sunset Shimmer. Some of them have agreed to vote for Twilight, but we need something to get most of the school to vote for her. Luckily, these girls are here to help out.
Y/N waves to the girls at the table who waved back at him.
Flash Sentry: Wait, them? Weren't those girls no longer friends?
Y/N: Twilight and I kinda helped them patch things up after learning that Sunset Shimmer may have been responsible for ruining their friendship.
Flash Sentry: I see... I should've guess. I'm glad I broke up with her.
He said which surprised Y/N.
Y/N: Hold the phone, you dated Sunset? I don't think you told me that on my first day.
Flash Sentry: Yeah, she just came up to me and asked me out. She seemed nice at first, but I eventually saw her true nature so I broke up with her. Looking back on it now, she was probably only dating me to make herself popular.
Y/N: Which would explain why she wanted to date me when I first encountered her. Well, me and the girls are gonna work on helping Twilight's run for princess.
Flash Sentry: Okay well, I got stuff to do with my band but I'll give my vote to Twilight if that will help.
Y/N: Thanks, man.
The two fist bumped before Y/N walked back over to the girls.
Applejack: All right, y'all. Dance is tomorrow night, and we still don't know how we're gonna get Twilight the votes she needs to be named princess. Right now, folks only know her thanks to Y/N's endorsement and how she stood up to Sunset Shimmer the other day, but that may not be enough.
Y/N: And Sunset Shimmer might be trying to scare some of the students to vote for her by now. We need something to let everyone know how kind and helpful Twilight is compared to Sunset. Any ideas?
The group began thinking for a moment until...
Rarity: I'VE GOT IT!
She yelled out which got the attention of everyone in the diner making her blush in embarrassment as they went back to what they were doing.
Rarity: Ahem. I mean, um, perhaps I have a solution. Now this may be an absolutely preposterous idea, but what if we all wore these as a sign of unity?
After digging around in her bag, Rarity pulls out a pair of fake pony ears and a tail. The others give her a round bewildered stares.
