Things were not looking so great for the Rainbooms. Why? Because it's already nighttime and Trixie and the Illusions are performing up on stage as the Rainbooms are trapped in the storage room. Most of them were sitting while Rainbow Dash was currently trying to break the exit door but to no avail.
Applejack: Give it up, Rainbow Dash. You've been tryin' at this for hours. It's not gonna open.
Fluttershy: *sighs* If only Y/N hadn't quit our band, maybe he could get us out of here.
All of them nodded in agreement.
Twilight Sparkle: This is all our fault. We never should have made him stressed out. The more I think about it, the more guilty I feel. Also, maybe it doesn't even matter that we're trapped down here. I don't think the counter-spell would have worked anyway.
She said while feeling sad and guilty.
Applejack: Of course it would have worked, Twilight. And Y/N would've stay. Assumin' a certain band member didn't try to hog the spotlight the whole time we were tryin' to play it!
She said while glaring at Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow Dash: Hey! If you wanna tell Twilight she's getting a little too caught up trying to be the new leader of this band, you don't have to be all cryptic about it.
Rarity: She was talking about you, Rainbow Dash!
Rainbow Dash: Me?! I'm just trying to make sure my band rocks as hard as it needs to!
Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie: OUR BAND!!
Twilight Sparkle: But why wasn't it working? I should know what to do. How could I not know what to do? How could I have failed like this?
Sunset grew more and more worried as no one else seems to notice what Twilight was going through as they began to argue.
Applejack: Y/N was right about ya, Rainbow Dash. Your ego is what caused him to quit! It might've been your idea to start a band, but it's not just your band!
Rainbow Dash: Why am I the one to blame for Y/N quitting?! I'm the one who writes all the songs!
Fluttershy: I write songs! You just never let us play any of them!
Rarity: I had the most perfect outfits for us to wear!
Applejack: Again with the costumes! No one cares what we're wearin'!
Rarity: I care, Applejack! So sorry if I enjoy trying to make a creative contribution to the band!
Pinkie Pie: Hey! Anybody here remember fun?! I'll give you a hint: It's the exact opposite of being in the Rainbooms!
Rainbow Dash: I wish I never asked any of you to be in my band!
Rarity: I wish I'd never agreed to be in it!!!!
Fluttershy and Applejack: Me neither!
They soon started arguing and yelling before something grim happened...
The green mist appeared as it was coming from the Rainbooms! Sunset grew more nervous upon seeing this as she then looked at where the mist was going... it was going above stage!
Back outside, Trixie and the Illusions had finally finished with their performance as it was now the Dazzlings turn. They were presently standing backstage while wearing new outfits.
