The morning sun's ray beams through the blinds of Y/N's bedroom window as he begins to stir. He woke up from his slumber and was about to readjust himself in bed when he felt something on top of him that was preventing him from doing so. He looked down and saw Sunset Shimmer resting peacefully on his chest with her arms wrapped around his torso. Y/N's face burned bright red when Sunset snuggles herself further up his chest as her head was just below his now.
That's when he remembered the events of yesterday before Y/N smiled and held Sunset closer to him while slowly ruffling her hair which made her smile in her sleep.
Y/N: (Right, I remember now. It's funny, the girl who was once the biggest bully at CHS is now my loving and beautiful girlfriend.)
He thought to himself before Sunset woke up and opened her eyes.
Sunset Shimmer: Good morning, Y/N.
Y/N: Good morning, my sweet sunshine.
Y/N and Sunset lock eyes with each other before she gives him a morning kiss which he happily returns.
Sunset Shimmer: Thanks for letting me sleep with you last night.
Y/N: No problem, you're more than welcome to join me any time you feel like it. Besides, it felt nice to sleep with someone close like this.
Sunset Shimmer: *giggles* I think I'll take you up on that offer.
Meanwhile, uncle U/N is downstairs in the kitchen making breakfast as Chompy enters.
Uncle U/N: Good morning, Chompy. Are you hungry?
Chompy nodded.
Uncle U/N: Splendid! Well, breakfast is nearly ready. We'll eat as soon as I wake those two lovebirds up. *laughs* Y/N! SUNSET! BREAKFAST!
He shouted which caught Y/N and Sunset's attention as they both sat up in the bed.
Sunset Shimmer: Well, as much as I wanna cuddle with you some more, my stomach says otherwise.
Y/N: Yeah.
Y/N and Sunset went into the kitchen to have some breakfast and after they both finished, U/N walks up to them.
Uncle U/N: Well Sunset, your rent is paid up and here is some money for you. I hope it's enough.
He then pulls some money which Sunset accepts.
Uncle U/N: Also, I hear there was this Eastern-themed restaurant at the mall that's currently hiring. Here's the application. Just bring it there when the time comes.
He said as he pulls out said application and gives it to Sunset.
Sunset Shimmer: Thanks. Y/N was right about you. You really are generous.
Uncle U/N: It's what I do. *to Y/N* And Y/N, we better head over to Manehattan today. Your grandparents called me and said they needed help with something.
Y/N: Oh... *to Sunset* Sunset, I know we just started dating but my grandparents are kinda frail so they're gonna need help all the help they can get.
Sunset Shimmer: Understood. You go help them out.
Uncle U/N: You're welcome to come with us, Sunset.
Sunset Shimmer: It's fine, you guys. I'll stay here and watch over the place for you.
Uncle U/N: Well alright then. Y/N, go get ready.
