016 (Long Chapter)

Taeyong sighed as he sat down on his and Z's bed. He held his head with his hands until he felt Z's hand on his back.

He lifted his head to look at her, feeling self-conscious because of what Wonbin had done to him.

"I'm so hideous now, how can you even look at me like your husband?"

Z smiled and held Taeyong's face, brushing his cheeks with her thumbs.

"I'm looking at you... you look like the man I married"

Taeyong rested his hands on top of Z's and just closed his eyes, leaning into her touch for a moment before he pulled her into his arms for a hug.

"I'm a lucky man... I'm such a lucky man..."

Z chuckled softly and ran her fingers through Taeyong's hair.

"You may look different on the outside now but it doesn't make you any different... you are still the same dad and husband and that won't change"

Taeyong tightened his grip around Z's waist and sighed.

"You're right... I'm still the same... I just... look a little different"

At the execution sight, Wonbin hung there. His eyes were closed and the atmosphere was ominous.

A gasp escaped his lips and he reached up and cut the rope he was hanging from and dropped onto the floor.

He coughed a bit before he took the rope off from around his neck.

He grabbed onto a pillar and stood up slowly, heaving out heavily.

"Lee Taeyong..."

YunHa held two dresses up to her body while Jenna judged which would look better on her.

"Just dress like yourself YunHa, Riku likes you more when you just act like yourself"

Jenna commented and YunHa looked at her and smiled.

"Do you think so?"

Jenna couldn't help but crack a smile and she nodded.

"I know so"

YunHa bit down on her smile found a casual outfit and changed into it. She wet her hair and braided it and Jenna gave a thumbs up.

"He was super excited this morning because you said yes, he couldn't stop bragging to Jaehee and Sion about it"

Jenna said and winked at YunHa. She felt a blush creep onto her face. Riku was bragging about going on a date with her.

She truly was lucky to have someone like Riku in her life.

"And what should I do if he makes a move to... you know... kiss me?"

Jenna rolled her eyes. She stood up and sat down next to YunHa.

"You feel the same way he does about you... he likes you and you like him... kiss him back if he kisses you first"

YunHa put her arms around Jenna and squeezed her.

"I am lucky you came around, otherwise I'd be a hopeless romantic"

Jenna scoffed playfully and hugged YunHa back.

"I'm sure that's not the case, you could ask Z or Karina or hell... even your dad for some advice"

Just as YunHa was about to say something, she heard a knock on her door.

"That's him"

YunHa said and got up. She ran over to her door like a puppy and opened it. Riku had a hand in a pocket and a rose in the other hand.

His hair was nicely parted down the middle and fluffy. He was dressed casually but nicely. It was clear he had gone to Ten or Taeyong for some advice for a first date.

"Hey"

He said with a smile on his face. His eyes went down to the rose and he held it out for YunHa.

"I got you a rose"

YunHa couldn't hold back her smile. She smiled big and gratefully accepted the rose.

"Thank you, shall we?"

Riku chuckled and held out his hand. YunHa took his hand and he ran down the hall with her. The two laughed and talked as they reached the parking garage and got into Riku's car.

"Is it just me or... are you nervous too? This is... my first date, ever and... I want to make it perfect"

Riku explained and YunHa squeezed his hand.

"Just us being together will be perfect, now, where are we going?"

Riku chuckled and he started the car and drove off onto the highway.

"Your dad rented a Yacht for us for the night"

YunHa gasped and covered her mouth.

"No way! Yachts are... so expensive!"

Riku nodded, agreeing with YunHa's statement.

"He agreed to help me with the planning, he got together with Z and Ten and they all pitched in because... well..."

Riku sighed and he bit his lip, suppressing a smile.

"I'll tell you later"

That evening the two got to the Yacht that was rented out for them and they were now in the middle of nowhere, enjoying the view of the city on the Yacht.

"Oh! Right! Your dad also gave us permission for a few drinks"

Riku turned and grabbed two glasses and a bottle of champagne.

YunHa rolled her eyes playfully and she chuckled.

"He is the best dad... he's been through a lot and wants nothing but the best for his family and kids"

Riku nodded and listened to YunHa speak as he poured them both a drink.

"I didn't know my dad or mom as a child... I got taken away at a young age and my dad told me they didn't spare my mom but... for years he searched for me until Karina came in contact with a lead that led to me and Kyla in LA"

Riku frowned and reached over to rub her back.

"You are very strong... that comes from your dad I'm sure"

YunHa chuckled softly and took a glass from Riku. They clinked their glasses together and both took a sip.

"He hid under the radar because he was worried they'd find me next and kill me... Dad's expression when he finally found me... he was so relieved and happy..."

Riku pulled YunHa to two lounge chairs and sat down with her.

"Trust me, your family has told me and my squad many stories about the past... both wholesome and bad stories, you all have been through a lot and I know your dad wants to see you as happy as he is"

Riku and YunHa looked at each other. They were both smiling with hearts in their eyes. Neither of them realized they were leaning in closer to one another.

Riku took their glasses and set them down on the table. He took YunHa's hands in his own and he took his chance. Leaning in they kissed.
