Exhaustion ran through his body, confusion through his mind.
Still, through the blurriness, the chills, he could make out walls of metal, and the feeling of it against his back as he was dragged across the floor.
Wait- dragged?!
Immediately, adrenaline flooded his senses, focusing his eyes on his captor in front of him. Still dizzy and disorientated, it was hard to understand how who looked like a small, dainty woman was dragging him across the floor by his ankle, black hair draped behind her in two pigtails.
His body felt... numb, too numb to struggle or scream. Still, the woman seemed alert, for the moment he tried to struggle her crimson eyes snapped back to him, drenching his body in fear.
Her eyes were terrifying.
"Fascinating," Her voice was cold, emotionless, like a marionette doll with a mouth stitched shut, "You shouldn't have woken up yet. Though, it does not seem as if you can move, at the very least."
Everything burned and he was so... confused.
Was this- Team Danganronpa's base?
He wished he had more time to look around, but turning a corner and the burning across his body from it was the center of his attention.
"Its fine. Even if the brainwashing technique did not reach you. You'll be in a cell with a brainwashed victim. An annoying one too. He might break you before Chiaki gets in with the monopad."
Chiaki... monopad? What was she going on about?
"Enjoy your last few hours of control." Her glare was frightening, melting, it could make him pass out if he was not so- alert, "They'll be the last you ever get."
"And enjoy your time with... him. I know I wouldn't."
His body flew through the air, oxygen leaving his lungs as he crashed into the floor. The woman was now in front of him, and in a moment he could hardly process a door slammed shut in front of him.
He lay on the cold, metallic ground for far too long, immersed in the chills of confusion and pain. But with the will of his virtuous instincts, he gritted his teeth, taking a deep breath and heaving himself into a sitting position.
He was about to cry out in triumph when his open palms managed to keep him sitting, but his location was just... too odd to celebrate. The walls, floor, ceiling, everything was coated in metal, tubes moving through and around the walls. Greenish lights gave the entire room a hue of the same tint, and two his righty, a rail blocked off five...
Monsters.
He could feel his heart stop in his chest, taking in the five, metallic beasts hooked up to the wall. They were unmoving, uninterpretable, nothing like he had ever seen. He must have been in some sort of... holding cell, for him and- and whatever those things were.
But wherever it was- there was no way it was made for holding him... the hydraulic pressed tucked up against the left wall answered that question pretty clearly. What could that even be for. It wasn't for... him... was it?
No- he could not think like that. If he fell prone to fear, he would never figure out what was going on down there.
With the last of his strength, he managed to stand, trembling legs barely holding up his form. Luckily, the affects of the tranquilizer seemed to be wearing off, as feeling began to spread through his body. A temporary paralysis then, they must have wanted him alive and conscience.
Perhaps he had to be for whatever that woman had been talking about. Brainwashing, was it?
Oh god- there was no way that was real.
