A/N: To anyone who's been asking what happened to me, why aren't I uploading, why did I get into an accident... Well, to shorten things up; I was just walking to school, like any normal student would, with my headphones on, playing music that was "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor. And then, suddenly, I got hit by a truck. LOL. The driver apologized and explained that something was wrong with the brakes and the steering wheel. I'm fine now. Just recovering. NOW, LET'S CONTINUE!!

[Name] and Seth ventured outside the temple, in search of sustenance for both Nadia and the kitten. Lost in contemplation over the enigmatic message etched on the stone, [Name]'s mind was consumed with the foreboding phrase. Goosebumps coursed through her body as the ancient words echoed repeatedly.
Approaching them, the familiar boatman exclaimed with a smile, "Ah! You have a kitten? That's an auspicious sign!"
Seth turned his gaze towards the boatman and placed the kitten gingerly on his shoulder, his expression filled with slight skepticism, "You didn't flee?"
[Name] perched herself upon one of the nearby boulders, her nervousness manifesting itself in the anxious habit of biting her nails. Engrossed in her thoughts, she failed to pay attention to the conversation unfolding between the two individuals nearby.
"My son likes cats..."
The phrase yanked [Name] away from her preoccupied thoughts and redirected her attention to Seth. The boatman appeared taken aback, as he hadn't been aware of Seth's having a son.
[Name] averted her gaze, her heart heavy with sadness and guilt. However, her focus then shifted towards Nadia, who was contentedly munching on carrots, and the kitten, relishing juicy pieces of jerky.

"This wasn't exactly something I anticipated," Seth murmured, his gaze fixed upon the damaged mural lying on the floor as if puzzling over the image.
Horus presented the pieces of the ceiling mural he had retrieved from the heap inside the temple. "I'm certain this is a ceiling mural," he asserted.
[Name] approached the foreign god, who sat fanning himself with a leaf. She settled herself onto his lap and leaned against his shoulder. Despite the scorching heat, the foreign god took no notice and enveloped her in his arms, embracing her tenderly.
Ruelle transformed into his diminutive dove form, and Horus' bird joined forces to playfully tug on the foreign god's hair with their beaks. Similarly, Nadia, the bunny, also scampered over to him and commenced an assault of her own, using her diminutive bunny feet to relentlessly kick his sides.
[Name] couldn't help but break into fits of laughter, thoroughly entertained by the comical scene unfolding before her. The foreign god embraced her tighter while lamenting, "My darling! They're tormenting me!"
Seth and Horus, deeply engrossed in conversation about the murals, remained blissfully ignorant of the affectionate interactions between the fake couple.

Night had fallen, and Horus was nowhere to be found as the remaining companions gathered outside the temple, cooking fish on an open fire.
[Name] wandered about, disoriented and weary, her breaths growing increasingly labored with each step. Suddenly, Ruelle's voice pierced the air, calling out her name. He materialized before her in his human form, his expression betraying a look of concern.
His breath hitched in his throat as he caught sight of her bloodied fingers, which she seemed oblivious to. Additionally, she was treading upon the sharp fragments of stone rubble, leaving her feet bloodied in the process.
"Ruelle..." [Name] murmured, her voice shaky as she involuntarily retreated, a look of fright upon her face. A wave of dizziness and nausea washed over her, causing the world around her to spin disorientedly. In that instant, before unconsciousness consumed her, her final sight was Ruelle's chilling grin.

The thought echoed through [Name's] mind with poignant resonance: "I don't deserve this..."
A sharp gasp left her lips as she abruptly awoke in the midst of an expansive, white emptiness. Her gaze flickered about, taking in her surroundings, when she noticed black particles materializing in the distance. She turned her attention towards the source of the disturbance and laid eyes on a child, her small form huddled and sobbing while tightly clutching onto her own legs.
The child's anguished cries pierced the air, her voice raw with despair as she cried out, "Why can't they just leave me alone?" More and more dark particles encircled her, coalescing into a cloud of misery.
Approaching her cautiously, [Name]'s face reflected a mixture of trepidation and sympathy. However, the child's outburst sent her stumbling backward.
Understanding dawned upon [Name] like a sudden revelation. The child was her inner self, the part of her that had never been healed, the girl who had been forced to grow up too soon.
The child's voice trembled, her words choked with emotion as she pleaded, "I want to go home... I long for my mother... but she hurt me..." Her sobs reverberated through the void, a cacophony of suppressed pain.
Finally, the child looked up, meeting [Name]'s gaze. Her eyes, tear-filled and desolate, implored, "I've been trapped here for countless years... can you save me? No one has come to rescue me before..."
"Please... save me..." The child pleaded, her frail arm extended toward [Name] as a river of tears cascaded down her face.
At first, [Name] was reluctant, but she mustered the courage to reach out for the child. Just as their fingertips were about to touch, a hand materialized from the ether and snatched hold of [Name]'s wrist, yanking her roughly from the realm.
