The team had returned to their shared apartment after a long post-match event. Exhausted but satisfied, they dragged themselves up the stairs, eager to get some rest. They had expected to find Tong Yao in her room, resting after a tough day, especially since she hadn't joined them for the event due to her period. But when they checked her room, it was empty.

"Where is she?" Ming frowned, glancing around the familiar space.

"She should be in her room," Lu Yue chimed in, slightly worried.

"Maybe she went out for a walk?" Lao Mao suggested and everyone gave the man deadpan looks.

But Pang, who shared a room with Lu Sicheng, suddenly froze as they approached his door. His eyes widened, and he slowly pointed inside, his voice barely above a whisper, "Uh... guys?"

The others crowded around the door, peeking in, and what they saw made all of them freeze. There, lying peacefully in Lu Sicheng's bed, was none other than Tong Yao. She was curled up under the covers, her features soft and relaxed as she slept. The large, pristine bed that was strictly off-limits to everyone except its owner.

Lu Yue's eyes darted to her wrist, immediately recognizing the bracelet. It wasn't just any piece of jewelry—it was the Intent Gem. His brother had made his claim, and it was clear Tong Yao had accepted.

That was the moment Tong Yao stirred awake, her eyes slowly adjusted to the scene in front of her. She blinked a few times, realizing she was still in Lu Sicheng's bed, her body cocooned in his blankets. But that wasn't what made her heart race in panic—it was the fact that the entire team was standing in the doorway, staring at her.

Her face flushed with embarrassment, and she instinctively tried to pull the covers tighter around her. She could feel all their eyes on her, which only made her discomfort grow.

"Uh... guys?" Lu Yue broke the silence, seeing how uncomfortable his sister in law was getting-because if she was wearing that bracelet that means that she was definitely his Saozi.

"I think we should..." He trailed off as he saw his brother step in the room fresh from his shower, towel drying his hair. He stopped in his tracks the moment he saw his teammates gathered around his bed. His expression darkened, eyes narrowing with cold fury. His eyes scanned the room, narrowing at the sight of his teammates crowding around his bed—his bed, where his intended was lying.

Before anyone could respond, Tong Yao's mortification grew, when she shifted slightly, realizing that there was a slight strain on the sheets.

Lu Sicheng expression darkened the moment he saw Tong Yao's flushed cheeks and the way she nervously tugged the sheets closer to her chest.

Xiao Rui, who had been standing at the back of the group, glanced between the couple, a slight frown on his face. "This might be... inappropriate. I mean, you're dating, but is this really—"

He didn't get to finish. Lu Sicheng's presence seemed to darken the entire room as he leaned casually against the bathroom door, arms folded, his eyes cold as ice. "You've got a lot to say these days, don't you, Xiao Rui?"

The temperature in the room dropped. Everyone, including Lu Yue, who had been about to speak up in defense of Tong Yao, went silent. The playful grins from earlier were wiped clean from their faces as they exchanged nervous glances.

Xiao Rui stiffened under Lu Sicheng's intense gaze. "I was just saying—"

"I don't need you to tell me what's proper," Lu Sicheng interrupted, his voice calm but laced with a cruelty that sent a shiver down everyone's spine. "If I wanted your opinion, I would've asked for it. But since you're so interested in discussing what's appropriate, we'll have a conversation tomorrow. In my office. And you better be there on time." His voice lowered dangerously. "My mother wants to have a word with you as well. Call her"
