Summer break and a new villan

Kara pov
Even though it sounds really cheesy, like rom-com on steroids cheesy, I had the best summer break in my life. I confirmed my acceptance to UNCC, I had a lot of sleepovers at Nia's,Monel and I spent every night I was at home together, and we decided that we would get married at the end of Freshman year.

Monel and I spent every hour I wasn't at a sleepover packing up for University, and oftentimes there was more making out than packing but I loved every second of it.

My favorite memory from the break is that once we decided to skip packing and go out to eat ice cream. We got our cones and we're in super cute matching outfits. Mine was his white shirt which was now acting as an overthrow and a maroon tanktop tucked into blue women's beach shorts. Monel was wearing a maroon t-shirt with some simple writing that said "Smile" on it with blue beach shorts. We sat there as the sun set and ate our ice cream while talking about dumb shows and movies. The memory is really simple but that was my favorite day.

Pretty soon our break was almost up. "Back to the books..." Monel said reluctantly as we finished packing his last box. "Unfortunately....." I said as I plopped myself onto his bed supporting myself with my arms. Monel came over and sat down putting his head in my lap and started to speak.

"You know I remember the first time my face was ever this close to your thighs." "Weird statement but continue..." I replied to his statement which if you think about it is random. "After Cadmus, we were in the medbay and-" "When I tried to get off the bed I smacked you in the face?" I cut him off for no reason but to annoy him. "Yup! What's your favorite memory from the past like year?" He asked me. "Well I guess the first time we ever slept together in this room, cheesy I know but.... It was my first time ever. I'm never forgetting it." I smiled to myself remembering my nerves that night. "That is a good one Zorel." He laughed as he turned to his back to look up at me. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked, noticing something in his eyes. I of all people should know that look well but I was trying to get him to say that he wants us to sleep together.

"Please, like you don't know what this look is." He said biting his lip. "I do... just wanted to make you say it!" I replied as I sat up straight and bent forward closer to his face. He leant in and finished the kiss. He sat up and lifted me into his lap. "Did I ever tell you your like drop dead gorgeous?" Monel said as he reached for the bottom of my shirt. "Hey! That's my thing!" I said fake pouting at him. "Stunningly beautiful?" He said as my shirt went over my head. "Better." After I said that I bent forward and reconnected our lips. I reached for his shirt which I was I was very sad had buttons and started opening the buttons. Once they were open I threw his shirt across the room and started rubbing his abs which made him moan into my mouth. Our kisses got deeper and more passionate the more skin was revealed.
(Once again imagination time!)

I was on top of Monel resting after what had just happened. Both of us still didn't have any clothes on and we hadn't gone inside the bedsheets. I used my superhearing to hear his heartbeat but instead I heard Winn walking upstairs. "Sh##." I cursed the moment I heard him. "What's up?" Monel looked worried at me since I don't usually curse unless the situation's high pressure. "Winn...." Is all I said before we both heard the door knob twist. Luckily I had locked it. "Just a second!" We both shouted at the same time. I jumped off Monel and hurriedly wore my clothes. Monel rushed into his as I came out of the bathroom straightened out the bed and Monel opened the door as I sat down. Fyi I was wearing really short shorts and a green shirt with a low like really low neckline. I didn't think much about it until I saw Winn look at my chest the moment he walked in. Which made me hug my knees to my chest before Monel noticed and killed Winn. I think Winn noticed that I noticed because all of a sudden he got super clammy.

Hi... Um am I interrupting something? Because normally I wouldn't but Kara- uh- I mean Kate, your needed as you know who and Alex said to find you here....*Winn nervously chuckled as he awaited my answer and Monel's*
No your not interrupting anything uh come in.
*Once Winn was inside he gave me the breakdown of what was happening*
I'm on it. *I practically ran out of there*

When I got downstairs Mrs. Mathews stopped me.
"Kate! Would you like to stay a little later today. I was thinking our families could get to know one another since they're becoming one soon. I was thinking of hosting a dinner I don't know what you think about that. Obviously with your mom and your sister and you know whoever your sister's partner is and you two as well." Mrs. Mathews said as I was trying to leave. "sure I would love to I'm just busy right now so um... I'll get back to you soon" I immediately left and went home to go change into my super suit.

When I got to Central Park I saw a giant green alien in the air I decided it's just probably a Kryptonite manifesto or something because there usually aren't green aliens except Martians but green Martians are all extinct. "Who are you?"I asked as I flew closer to the alien. "Your worst nightmare.... And I guess that's really cliche but you won't care about cliche when your dead." "I still don't know your name" I said as I moved even closer. "My name is the Emerald Enforcer. Unlike you I do what I do to protect humans and all alien species are like and to protect the universe from you nasty Kryptonians." He said as I saw his hands glow green. "I do protect people...... Like I'm about to protect them from you!" I yelled as I flew forward and punched him. He then lunged at me and used his fist to punch my face which normally wouldn't have hurt unless it had kryptonite which I found impossible. "Like I said my name is Emerald Enforcer. Emerald as in kryptonite so don't try to stop me Superman otherwise you're going to get badly hurt." Those were the last words I had Emerald enforcer safe before he picked me up and flew away. (Oh my gosh you guys a, rhyme!)

Monel pov
Because of all the news I knew about Emerald Enforcer and we decided with the deo that I should go and get Kara because I'm not a Kryptonian. I knew Kara wouldn't want me to do this but I needed to because I couldn't lose my fiance. I got on a new Super suit I didn't tell Kara about and I want to go get her from the last place her earpods were tracked. I leaped off the roof and continued leaping to where the earpods are last tracked.

When I got there I saw two things, I saw Kara in a cell and I saw Emerald Enforcer leaving the room.
I ran over to Kara's cell and unlocked the door. "Don't worry Kara I'm going to get you out alive " I said as I opened the door and picked her up. "No Monel go! You need to go away run Emerald Enforcer has led not just kryptonite which is really ironic since his name is Emerald Enforcer." Kara told that to me, but I couldn't just leave her there cuz we're going to get married and like 10 months. I needed to take her and bring her back to the DEO. "Kara I'm sorry but I can't, I'm going to take you back we'll get there safe I promise."

I took her back to the DEO and with sat in the medbay again then we waited for her to heal from the sunlight.
