Dipsy is a young Teletubby who resides in the MainLand, living in the Home Dome.
𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄
Dipsy has shoulder length "teal" green hair that is kept messy, curled slightly at the ends. Dipsy has two prominent strands of hair beside Dipsy's bangs, one reaches chin-length while one is slightly longer. Dipsy's eyes consist of many colors: the right eye consists of navy, dark blue, and yellow. The left eye consists of hot pink, light orange, and lemon yellow. Dipsy is slightly shorter than the average male height, reaching 168 centimeters tall.
Along with Po, Dipsy is known to have lots and lots of clothing, but shown to wear 1 outfit as Dipsy appears only once during the image appearances. For the outfit Dipsy wears in the image, Dipsy wears a muted light purple dress shirt, the collar is brown, 2 brown pockets near the chest area, with red shorts.

If Dipsy was to be described in three words, everyone would say things similar to: silly, reckless, and extroverted. Dipsy has lots and lots of ambitions, making lots of goals like wanting to make everyone around the world smile because of their presence. He tends to have a large need for approval, constantly trying to catch as much attention as he can. Dipsy is usually seen smiling, and is often seen with Laa-Laa or Tinky. Dipsy is an extremely optimistic, free spirit. Dipsy doesn't want to be left alone with their thoughts, as he once stated (in an archived book) he often thinks about the past which affects them badly.

In the Japanese translation, Dipsy's given name, "Dipsy", written as "ヂプシ", has no special meaning as it is written in katakana. Meanwhile Dipsy's surname "Nijinoiro", written as "虹の色",is a combination between three words; Niji, No, and Iro. When transliterated, Dipsy's surname in English is literally "Thecolorsoftherainbow", as Dipsy's surname is a combination. When uncombined, Dipsy's surname means "The Colors Of The Rainbow".

• Dipsy is allergic to shrimp.
• Dipsy's favorite food is curry rice and ramen noodles.
• Dipsy is 26 years old.
• Dipsy's favorite color is surprisingly not green.
• Dipsy uses "Boku" as their pronoun in the Japanese translation.
• Dipsy's birthday is on the 25th of June.
• Curiously, Dipsy is the only character to have heterochromia and three colors inside their eyes. It is unknown why.
• Because of past headcanons, the author is extremely confused whether or not to make Dipsy genderless or not, leaving Dipsy at They/He/It pronouns.
