Klaus is feverishly trying to get the piece of white oak stake out of his back. He is scratching his own flesh off, leaving the wound on his back a bloody mess. Diana walks in. "Look at the bloody mess."

She stand behind him and looks at the hole he made. She takes out the tip of the stake as he moans in pain. She rubs it. "Thank you, god I was getting exasperated."

"Caroline" enters. "Hey. As much as I would love to watch you die, you still haven't found me that cure."

"Silas?" Both Klaus and Diana say at the same time. "That's right. Last night I looked like Shane, today I look like Caroline, and tomorrow... who knows?"

"Show me your real face."

"Now why would I do that when I can look like whomever I want you to see? Resist me all you want, Klaus, but until you bring me the cure I will bring you nothing but misery. Take care of yourself, sweetheart." They say to Diana. Caroline/Silas disappears.

"Why is he being so nice to me?"

"Nice? He knocked you unconscious."

"But he stabbed you with a stake. And before he knocked me out he said congratulations."

"You don't think...?"

"I'm pregnant? Probably."
