During the roll call, Sadie stood frozen, wondering what to do before talking quietly to Holly, "Holly, when the scary story is about to begin?" She asked.

"Begins tonight, Sadie. It begins and ends with people out of their minds!" Holly replied.

They continued the class and the roll call until the bell began ringing, meaning it was time for recess. The students have left the classroom while Miss Forrester watched them, "Okay, class, remember, we're in a couple of days before the halloween costume party. Don't forget to use your halloween costumes and enjoy the party!" She told them.

On the school hallway, Lisa, Holly, Maureen, Verena, Mallory, Nikki, Portia, Bailey, Vivian, Sadie, Clary, Sierra and Sienna have left the class have learning about the couple of days before the best party. They walked as they talked about the ideas of dancing to spooky music, "Girls, we gotta think of something spooky to get that party started!" said Lisa.

"Yeah! To get that party started!" said Holly, "I'm going as a witch, Lisa goes as a magician, Nikki goes as a egyptian queen, Bailey goes as Carrie White, Vivian goes as Sadako Yamamura, Portia goes as a werewolf, Maureen goes as grim reaper, Verena as a zombie nurse, Mallory as a vampire and Clary, Sierra and Sienna as a alien, jester and Ellen Ripley."

"Woo! Wow! This is the best party of our year, dawgs!" said Portia.

"I'm thinking of going as a skeleton, girls," Sadie stated, "My mom would freak out if she finds my costume too provocative."

"Provocative?" Bailey felt confused as she has put her hands on her pockets.

"I customized the rubber glove!" Verena pulled out a rubber glove from her pocket with the red streak on the palm resembling blood, much to the girls's disgust.

"EWW!" Vivian grossed out, "Your hand is injured, Verena!"

"Did your hand went injured?" said Maureen.

"Let me see, Vere!" Holly placed the glove and realized that the blood was actually fake, "Hmmm, fake blood. It's not so bad."

"Who says that blood is real?" said Lisa, "It's not like that you're bleeding, Verena."

"You're right, Lisa. Blood is gory and dangerous."

"What am I going to tell my mom? What am I going to tell my aunt Selma?" said Sadie.

"Sadister, tell your mom you're going to the halloween costume party in our school. Make sure that she will allow you!"

"Sure thing, Hol."

Hours later, at the Sateley residence, Sue was sitting in the couch with her arms crossed and looking frustrated that her daughter wanted to go to the halloween costume party, "Oh, no! No, I won't let you go away from me!" She declared as Sadie's smile disappeared. Selma, her sister, scoffed in disappointment at her older sister's constant disapproval, "Sadie, are you nuts? Why do you want to go to the party to see that talking rag doll?"

"And why you look anxious and worried, mom? I want to go to the party, socialize with everybody! And what's the matter? Are you gonna look worried?" said Sadie.

"C'mon, Sue, it's not like that my niece wanted to hang out with that rag doll," said Selma.

"Selma, that rag doll has purple eyes!"

"She understands her!"

"Oh, for crying out loud!" Sadie facepalmed as she went to her bedroom, "I hope you're gonna learn anything about the scary stories."
