(scene opens to Foggy Bottom where twelve purple builder bin helpers are effortlessly constructing a very big dog pound)
Mayor Humdinger: (cackles) With this new dog pound, no pup will be safe in Foggy Bottom!
Cat Rocky: (meows)
Mayor Humdinger: I didn't steal anything! I simply borrowed those builder bin helpers! (unsure) Besides, I'm pretty sure nobody will notice them missing... right?
Butch and Ruben: (walks over) Been awhile sir!
Mayor Humdinger: Butch, Ruben, it's very good to see you accepted my offer as Foggy Bottom's dog catcher!
Butch: Ha! No dogs will be safe from us!
Ruben: You mean me!
Butch: You mean me!
(Ruben and Butch start slapping each other)
Mayor Humdinger: (sighs) (shouts) Butch, Ruben! You both need to know about which pups to avoid!
Ruben and Butch: (shocked) What!? Why?
Mayor Humdinger: I am well aware neither of you know about magic pups! Follow me!
(all of them enter the dog pound where the builder bin helpers are finished with the electrical wiring and computer with wifi)
Ruben and Butch: Boss, where'd you get those things?
Mayor Humdinger: They belong with someone else, I just borrowed some of them without asking!
Ruben and Butch: Hm?
Mayor Humdinger: (uses a now set up computer displaying Mason in various photos with every known magic pup) Luckily Mason took plenty of photos of him and every magic pup!
Ruben and Butch: (jaws drop) (surprised) Whoa!
Mayor Humdinger: Basically if you bring any of them there they'll find a way to tell Mason who'll tell the Paw Patrol!
Butch: What about him? (points at Mason)
Mayor Humdinger: I advise not to get on his bad side!
Ruben: (scoffs) What can one guy do!
Mayor Humdinger: That guy has been to other worlds along with an unlimited supply and access to advanced technology and magical objects! Such as if you mess with him I bet he'd activate black bear powers and I know that neither of you can take on a bear powered person!
Ruben and Butch: (scared gulps)
Mayor Humdinger: The reason why I'm warning you both! Now get to work catching pesky dogs!
Ruben and Butch: Understood sir! (goes off)
(scene changes to a female dog who is similar to Sweetie but older strolling through Foggy Bottom)
Female Dog: Such a peaceful stroll!
(the dog is suddenly snatched in a net help by Butch)
Female Dog: (startled) Yipe!
Butch: (mocking) Haha! I've got you pesky doggie!
Female Dog: I have a name! And it's Jewel!
Butch: (scoffs) Whatever! (goes off taking a trapped Jewel with him) Off to the dog pound!
Jewel: (shocked) What!?
(montage showing Chassis, Hubcap & Dwayne, and Boomer & Frank being caught in nets by either Butch or Ruben then locked up)
(scene changes to Sweetie in her roadster landing in Foggy Bottom)
Sweetie: Why did I have to be forced to land in this dreary place instead of Adventure Bay! (scoffs) Whatever, that crown is going to be mine! (pauses) Then to find a mechanic!
