Abel's POV

As the days passed, Bella and I found ourselves spending more and more time together.

The cenote incident made me realize how much I really cared about her. I felt an undeniable pull towards her, which is something I haven't felt for in years.

"Hey beautiful." I called out, approaching Bella.

She was on the beach, sunbathing on the lounge chair in a white bikini. Her eyes fluttered opened and smiled widely.

"Hey, you." she replied, sitting up and making space for me beside her. "What's up?"

I shrugged, trying to play it cool. "Just wanted to see you. It's becoming a habit, you know?"

She laughed softly, the sound like music to my ears. "Not a bad habit to have."

I laughed "I guess not." I sat down next to her, close enough to feel the warmth of her skin but not quite touching. "You know, I've been thinking about what happened at the cenote."

Bella raised an eyebrow, her expression looked like she remembered me scaring the shit out of her. "Oh? And what have you been thinking?" she said skeptically.

I took a deep breath, gathering my thoughts. "I realized something important that day. That I care about you, more than I've cared about anyone in a long time."

She looked at me, her eyes softening, a hint of vulnerability in her gaze.

"And I know you won't let what I did slide, so I want to make it up to you."

She made a small grin and looked at me sideways. She liked the sound of that.

"And how would you do that?" she asked playfully.

"I got a yacht rented out. Let me take you on a date."

She was pleasantly shocked at what I said, almost speechless.

"Really?" she smiled widely.

"Yup. You, me, and the sunset."

"Ok" she said softly. "I'd love to."

"Great! I'll take care of everything. Be ready by six."

Bella's POV

Abel had rented a yacht, and the thought of sailing into the sunset with him felt unreal.

I spent extra time getting ready, wanting everything to be perfect. From the makeup, the hair, and then to the outfit itself.

At exactly six, I stepped out of my villa and headed towards the dock. Abel was already there, looking effortlessly handsome in a white tee and navy shorts.

He turned as he heard my footsteps, a cute little smile spreading across his face.

"You look stunning." he said, stunned with admiration.

"Thank you" I blushed. "You look handsome"

He extended his hand, and I took it, letting him lead me onto the yacht. The captain greeted us with a friendly smile and steered the boat out into the open water. The sun was beginning its descent, casting a warm, golden hue over the horizon.

The boat itself was a beautiful vessel, sleek and elegant, with a spacious deck and plush seating. Abel guided me to a comfortable spot at the bow, where a small table was set with candles, champagne, and an array of delicious-looking appetizers.

"Wow," I breathed, taking in the romantic setup. "This is beautiful, Abel."

"I'm glad you like it," he said, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "I wanted to make tonight special."

No man has ever done this for me, not even Daniel.

As the yacht glided away from the dock, we settled into our seats, the gentle rocking of the boat adding to the serene ambiance.

"Here" Abel picked up a chocolate covered strawberry and fed it to me slowly.

"Mm" I took a bite and savored the flavors. "That's a good strawberry, give me another." we laughed as he did what I asked.

As we sipped the champagne, the yacht sailed further into the open sea.

We sat in comfortable silence for a while, watching as the sun dipped lower in the sky.

Abel cleared his throat, breaking the silence "Bella, there's something I've been wanting to tell you."

I looked at him with curiosity "Yea?"

Taking a deep breath, he gathered courage. "These past few days with you have been incredible. I've never felt this kind of connection with anyone before."

I made a generous smile "Yea" I replied in a sultry tone.

"I'm not used to it, you're different than the other girls i've been with and I just... I just want you to know how much you mean to me."

My heart resonated with what he said. "Abel, I feel the same way. Being with you has definitely been like a breath of fresh air. I haven't felt this alive in a long time."

Abel started to look me up and down and before I knew it, he leaned in and his eyes locked with mine.

"May I?" he asked as he gently cupped my face.

I nodded with my eyes half-closed, and in that moment, everything else faded away.

I closed the distance between us, our lips meeting in a soft, passionate kiss.

The kiss was short and sweet at first to explore the unspoken feelings. But as the seconds passed, it grew more passionate, fueled by the undeniable chemistry that had been building between us. My hands found their way to his shoulders, pulling him closer, and he wrapped his arms around my waist, drawing me in until there was no space left between us.

I could feel the heat radiating from his body. His fingers tangled in my hair, and I responded by gripping his shirt, his touch igniting a fire within me.

I lost myself in the taste of his lips, the softness of his skin, and the intoxicating scent of his cologne.

He was everything I never knew I needed.

When we finally pulled away, both of us were breathless, our foreheads resting against each other.

"What a nice date" I said in a sultry tone as he smiled.

---

Abel held out his hand to help me off the boat then we held hands as we walked back to my suite.

"I had a nice time with you" Abel said softly.

"Me too" my gaze was soft.

The date was coming to an end and I didn't want the night to be over.

When we reached my door, I turned to him "Do you wanna... come in?" my voice was barely above a whisper.

His eyes searched mine, understanding the unspoken invitation. "I'd like that" he replied softly with a low grin in his face.

I unlocked the door and led him inside. I turned to face him, with a slight mischievous look on my face.
