Me and Colby were friends with benefits.

This has started last year both of you guys wanted to date but never found the one

But the guy you always wanted was Him

You couldn't help but think about how your life would change if you were dating him

Days passed and you still could only imagine being in his arms instead of leaving his house after hooking up

You cursed yourself on the way home for not doing something

little did you know that he held back the urge to tell you he liked you

But you found a solution to all your problems

Make him think about you just as much you though about him

You had set up a plan

Your idea was you'll find ways to talk to him in private

and get his attention at parties

the only thing you needed was to find a party he'll go too

i immediately grab my phone to text the party planning master, Tara.

y- can you host a party tonightt

as I set my phone down I run to my closet to find a small skin tight black dress

if he doesn't want me after this I don't know what will.

I only have about 2 hours to get ready so I start with my hair then do my makeup

once I arrive at taras I notice lots of people are already here

I don't really care about the others just him

I make my way to the bar and immediately make eye contact with no other than Colby Brock.

"Hey Y/n"

"oh heyy"

"that dress looks good on you" he says while eyeing your body

As I'm about to say something I feel someone pull me aside and I notice it's Tara

"Hey y/nnn" she says clearly drunk

"Hi Tara"

"I say you talking to co-" is all I hear out of her before she gets pulled away

I finally get my drink and start walking around

"HEY EVERYONE IF YOU WANNA PLAY SPIN THE BOTTLE GO OUTSIDE" some random dude screams

I walk outside noticing there's barely anyone playing

as I sit down I also see Colby joined

"who wants to start" a brown haired girl speaks up

"Ill go first" Colby says almost immediately

"whoever you land on you have to do 7 minutes in heaven" another blonde says

"alright"

as Colby spins the bottle I see it land on Me?

as his eyes realize it landed on me I see a his cheeks turn pinker than they already were

"alright both of you go into the closet"

once I step in he walks in behind me

"so."

"We don't have to do anything if you want" I tell him softly

"Do you want me to be honest?" he says

"uh Sure"

"I've liked you since we started hooking up"

"really?"

"Yeah" he says waiting for me to say it back

"Honestly same" as I finished my sentence I see a smile appear on his face

"feels good to know"

"So what are we then?" I ask curious

"I've been yours since the day we first hooked up"

"I've been waiting for you to say that"

"7 minutes are up" the same guy screams

"Meet me after the party so we can talk more" he says before standing up

As we both walk out he gives me a kiss on my forehead

I feel much happier knowing I have a chance with the only guy I want
