You barely even knew the girl.. right?

Yet on the way back home, all you could do was think about how she managed to make your heart flutter. And not to mention that smile that made you feel weak.

You didn't like this feeling at all.

When you got back home everyone was already there, Michael and Sophia, Your father and mother. There was silence when they saw you because you were blushing.

"Okay ka lang?" Sophia was the first to ask.

"I'm fine, It's just hot there." You replied, acting like a fool.

"You're smiling" Michael examined your face, with a hint of confusion and curiosity.

"Shut up.." you mumbled, hurrying up your room, closing the door and locking it.

.

Meanwhile the four of them just looked intrigued. You rarely smiled, and when you do it's when you're either trying to intimidate someone or happy.

"What is going on.." Your mother whispered to your father.

"I have no idea." He whispered back.

"Okay uh, San ba s'ya pumunta? Ngayon lang s'ya bumalik tapos mukhang kinikilig pa." Michael whispered, trying to figure out what happened.

"I made her renew a few of my contracts dito-" your mother was cut off by your father.

"QJJ farm?" He asked "Kala ko ba aayusin nalang natin after dinner yun?"

"Pina renew ko lang yung contract pero rest assured wala naman ata s'ya binago." Your mother sighed

You clenched on your pillow as you laid down, you haven't felt this feeling since, well since forever! Since you left the Philippines nothing, no one was that interesting.

But that girl hooked you with a smile, and she was also looked weirdly familiar.

"I don't know anyone named Alice.. why does she look so familiar?" You kept asking yourself before you settled down.

"Ms. Guo, her last name.. maybe that's why she's a bit familiar? wait no what am I saying!" You couldn't understand yourself clearly.

You were called down for dinner, you weren't that hungry but you had to go down to avoid any scoldings.

You took three bites of your food and tried excusing yourself only to get stopped.

"Agad agad? sit down y/n. That isn't respectful." Your mother said trying to reason.

"And we have to talk about something." Your father added.

Curious glances were given towards you, so you sat back down and just acted cool.
