3rd person POV:
The celebration started and Alice had a great time, Y/n arrived a bit late due to her attending a meeting before driving to bamban.
"Ano yan? Oh and thank you for attending my Celebration!" Alice gleed, holding y/n tightly in an embrace.
"Pfft, I wouldn't miss it for anything. I'm so proud of you Ali." Y/n whispered into Alice's ear, slightly hesitant as she placed a peck on Alice's forehead.
"May pa kiss ka pa ahh" Alice teased as she back away to give y/n some safe distance.
"Sorry hehe, this is for you nga pala" y/n said as she stretched out her hand to give the gift.
"Ano kaya 'to.." Alice raised a brow, accepting the gift with a warm smile.
"Buksan mo na." Y/n said, fidgeting with her fingers.
Alice nodded and opened the gift seeing the letter and silver bracelet. "Blingy.." Alice mumbled as she wore the bracelet that perfectly suited her, reading the letter after a few minutes of admiring the bracelet.
"That's a duplicate of my family's passed down 'charm', atleast that's what mom said." Y/n explained, but stood silent as Alice read the letter.

Alice's POV:
She didn't have to give me a gift, all I needed was her presence, but I accepted it anyways. What really got to me was the letter.

Congratulations to you ping! I want you to know that I am so proud of you and this huge accomplishment you managed to get, the hard work you have spent was all worth it.
After all, being mayor was your dream, and I want you to know that no matter what I will always support you.
Even through thick and thin, if you ever have a hard situation, if you ever have problems, one text, one letter, one sign, one call, I'll be alongside you in no time.
Love you always, even if malabo na maging tayo, I'll still court you. My overflowing love and affection for you is indeed unexplainable.

I pressed my lips into a thin line before hugging her much tighter. "Ang oa mo talaga" I smiled as I felt her hands rested on my waist.
"Di naman ah, kapag kasama lang talaga kita." Y/n chuckled as I pulled away. "You're so pretty talaga Ali.."
Y/n said with fascination in her eyes.
"Bolera" I commented as she scoffed, we both walked together and enjoyed the celebration together.
The party ended and we decided na maki inom kasama sila Sheila, Cassy, Wesley.
