Red had gotten dressed and was hurrying into the medbay, seeing all the injured techno-organics.

"Primus b'low," she muttered in horrified astonishment, then quickly hurried over to Joy, "how many of our own were hurt?"

Joy seemed surprisingly flustered as she was treating Molly, gently calming the girl who was sitting there in tears, crying over a large gash on her arm.

"Quite a few, not too many are severe or borderlining fatal, but there's still a fair amount of casualties. I heard we have one detained?" the woman replied quietly, so Molly wouldn't hear.

"Yep, an' ah think she's 'th ringleader," Red told her in an equally hushed tone before bending down and tenderly taking the girl's hand, "hey, Mol! Yer doin great, hun!" she reassured her with motherly smile and a loving tone.

"I-it hurts!" wailed the blonde child with pink streaks in her hair. Red met Joy's sympathetic gaze as the woman finished preparing sterilizing a needle and thread. The cut needed stitches.

"Y'know what? When ah was younger, a little younger than you, ah fell outta a big ol' tree an' needed stitches too. Mah Ma sat right with meh through all of it, an' told meh to tell her all the stuff ah wanted for man birthday. Think you can do that?"

Molly nodded and began with a shaky sigh, her shining eyes beginning to take on a thoughtful gleam.

"I want there to be a lotta pink streamers, and a big cake with my name on it with pink frosting 'cause that's my favourite colour..."

Joy made she Molly didn't noticed her as she leaned in closely and began stitching up the wound, smiling at the little girl's adorable ramblings.

Soon, the medic had completed a row of sutures and took a step back.

"An' for my presents, I'd really really really really like a My Little Pony Princess Celestia doll, cause my Twilight Sparkle would probably get really lonely and stuff," the little girl summed up with a satisfied nod to herself.

"Those are fine ideas, Mol. An' guess what? Yer done!" Red said with a proud smile.

"I am?" Molly looked down at her arm, shocked, "wow! That didn't even hurt!"

"You were so brave, Molly!" Joy praised, reaching into the first aid kid and pulling out a roll of white bandage, "but, I have to bandage before your ready to go. You think you can sit still for a little while longer?"

"T-that boy scared me." Molly told Red while Joy set to work tightly wrapping the child's skinny forearm, "he's a techno-organic too, so why'd he attack us?!"

Red's shoulders sagged and she let out a sigh.

"They're really confused Molly, they've been told a buncha lies 'an they believe them. Ah dunno if they'll believe us or not, but if we're kind't them then maybe."

"Oh... okay." She nodded as the medic finished bandaging her, and she hurried away.
"Stay close, we're gonna be move'n to our other base inna 'while!"

"Okay, I'll just go pack up my toys!" Molly called out in return. Red turned to Joy. "Soon as everyone's been treated, get 'em packed up 'an
ready. It ain't safe here."
