A week had passed since that tense breakfast, but Hoseok could still feel the weight of his father's words pressing down on him like an unshakable burden. He was used to feeling suffocated under the expectations of the Jung family, but this time, something was different. There was an unease in the air, something he couldn't quite put his finger on, and it gnawed at him constantly.

When his father summoned him to his private office that morning, Hoseok already had a bad feeling about it. Mr. Jung's office was a place where decisions were made decisions that shaped not only the company but their lives. As soon as Hoseok stepped through the door, the sharp smell of polished wood and expensive cologne hit him, mingling with the tension that always lingered in the air around his father.

Mr. Jung sat behind his massive mahogany desk, his expression unreadable as he gestured for Hoseok to take a seat. Hoseok obeyed, though every fiber of his being was tense with unease.

"I won't waste your time, Hobi," his father said, his voice clipped and business-like. "There's something we need to discuss, something that's going to affect your future, and the future of this family."

Hoseok's heart skipped a beat, dread creeping up his spine. He sat up straighter in his chair, his eyes narrowing as he braced himself for whatever his father was about to say.

Mr. Jung leaned forward, clasping his hands together on the desk. "I've arranged a marriage for you."

The words hit Hoseok like a punch to the gut. His body went rigid, his mind struggling to process what he had just heard. "What?" he managed to choke out, his voice barely above a whisper.

"A marriage," his father repeated, his tone as if he were discussing a mere business transaction. "To Min Yoongi, the son of Mr. Min, one of our most trusted partners."

Hoseok's mind reeled. "𝑀𝑖𝑛 𝑌𝑜𝑜𝑛𝑔𝑖",
The name sounded vaguely familiar, but it wasn't until his father added, "You've probably seen him on TV," that Hoseok's stomach twisted in realization. Yoongi? The Cold and Arrogant Heir? He had seen him in passing on television, a quiet, stoic figure who can make anyone tremble just by looking at him, they say after he sleeps with anyone he will kill the on the spot. And now... he was supposed to marry him?

"You... you've got to be joking," Hoseok stammered, his hands gripping the armrests of his chair so tightly that his knuckles turned white.

"I'm completely serious, Hobi," Mr. Jung said, his voice calm but firm. "This is what's best for both of our families. The Jungs and the Mins have a lot to gain from this union, and it will provide the stability we need for the future."

Hoseok stood up abruptly, his chair scraping against the floor as he glared at his father. "You can't do this!" he shouted, his voice shaking with anger. "You can't just decide my life for me,marry me off to someone I don't even know! I've never even met Yoongi in person, for God's sake! I've only seen him in interviews and on random ass parties!"

Mr. Jung's expression remained cold, unaffected by his son's outburst. "You told me yourself that there was no one. And now, you will marry Min Yoongi. This isn't about your feelings, it's about the future of our family."

Hoseok's chest heaved as he struggled to control the rage and despair bubbling up inside him. "I don't care about the company!" he shouted, his voice breaking. "I'm not some pawn for you to use in your business deals! I'm your son!"

Mr. Jung's eyes narrowed, his gaze hardening. "You are my son, and that's exactly why you WILL do this. I've given you every opportunity, every resource, and now it's time for you to fulfill your responsibilities."

Hoseok clenched his fists, his heart pounding in his chest. The walls of the office seemed to close in on him, suffocating him with the weight of expectations he never asked for. "I'm not some tool for you to use, Father," he said, his voice low but filled with pain. "I have my own life, my own dreams. But you... you don't care about any of that. You've never cared."

Mr. Jung's face remained impassive, but his voice was sharp as he spoke. "This isn't about what you want, Hoseok. This is about what's best for the family. You will marry Min Yoongi, and you will do it because it's your duty."

Hoseok's vision blurred with anger and hurt. He felt trapped, like a caged animal with no way out. How could his father expect him to marry someone he had never even spoken to, someone whose life he knew nothing about?

"I won't do it," Hoseok said through gritted teeth, his voice trembling. "You can't make me."

For the first time, Mr. Jung's expression softened, just slightly, but there was no warmth in his gaze. "You don't have a choice, son. This is happening, whether you like it or not."

Hoseok felt the ground beneath him give way, like the life he had known was crumbling beneath the weight of his father's demands. He had always known that his father valued the company more than anything else, but this........this was too much.

"I hate you," Hoseok whispered, his voice filled with a pain so deep it made his chest ache. "I hate what you've turned me into."

Without waiting for a response, Hoseok stormed out of the office, slamming the door behind him with a force that shook the walls. He didn't care where he was going; he just needed to get away from the suffocating control his father had over him, from the weight of a future he never wanted.

Hoseok's POV

I stumbled into the hallway, my chest heaving as I tried to catch my breath. My vision was blurred with a mix of anger and tears I refused to let fall. An arranged marriage,.I thought bitterly. It sounded like something out of an old movie, a cruel, outdated tradition meant to bind families together at the expense of personal happiness, It seems that "You have a month" shit is just bullshit

𝑀𝑖𝑛 𝑌𝑜𝑜𝑛𝑔𝑖. I had only ever seen him on TV, heard his name mentioned in passing, and now I was supposed to marry him? I barely knew the man, and from what little I had seen, he seemed as distant from the world of corporate duty as I wished I could be. How was I supposed to spend the rest of my life with someone I didn't even know?

I felt sick. Disgusted. Angry at my father, angry at the situation, angry at myself for feeling so powerless.

I want to hate Min Yoongi but I know deep down he is somewhat the same as me, so how can I hate him?
I needed to breathe. I need to think.

Without thinking, I grabbed my secret helmet, my my rally car keys and use my racing clothes and then bolted out of the estate, the cold air hitting me like a slap in the face. I couldn't stay there. Not with the suffocating reality of my future hanging over me, So I will go to the place I can be free and can let all my anger out.
