Mr. Jung had always prided himself on being a man of control, a man who could maneuver any situation to his advantage. That was why, when he found himself seated in the private, dimly lit room of an exclusive club, across from his old business partner Mr. Min, he felt assured. This meeting, this arrangement, would finally solidify his son’s future, and more importantly, the future of Jung Enterprises.

Mr. Min, a man of few words and sharp intellect, sat quietly sipping his glass of whisky. He had a calm, calculated demeanor, much like his son. The two men exchanged pleasantries, but there was no warmth in their interaction just business, as it always had been between the Jungs and the Mins.

“I’m sure you understand the importance of why I called you here, Min,” Mr. Jung began, his fingers drumming lightly on the polished table. “Our families have always been close, our companies intertwined. We both know the stakes involved in maintaining that unity.”

Mr. Min set his glass down, his dark eyes fixed on Mr. Jung with quiet intensity. “You’re talking about Hoseok and Yoongi.”

Mr. Jung nodded, his expression unreadable. “Precisely. Both of our sons are of age, and it’s time we think about their futures. Hoseok, as you know, is my only son. The next in line to take over the Jung empire. But for the company to remain strong, it needs stability and stability means a family.”

Mr. Min raised an eyebrow, his lips curling into a faint smile. “You’re proposing a marriage.”

“I am,” Mr. Jung replied without hesitation. “Yoongi is a brilliant young man. Quiet, but capable. He understands business, and more importantly, he understands responsibility. I’ve watched him from afar, and I believe he would make an excellent partner for Hoseok.”

There was a brief silence as Mr. Min considered the proposition. His face remained impassive, but his mind was clearly at work. The Min family wasn’t as powerful as the Jungs, but they were no strangers to wealth and influence. Marrying his son into the Jung family would elevate their status even further an alliance that could ensure financial dominance for generations.

“Yoongi has always been more focused on his music,” Mr. Min said slowly, his words deliberate. “He isn’t like most businessmen. He doesn’t crave power the way others do.”

Mr. Jung waved his hand dismissively. “Power isn’t the issue. It’s about stability. Yoongi doesn’t need to be like the others. He just needs to complement Hoseok. My son is capable of handling the company, but he needs someone beside him a partner, someone who can ground him.”

Mr. Min leaned back in his chair, his fingers steepling as he regarded Mr. Jung carefully. “And what makes you think Hoseok would agree to this? From what I’ve heard, your son is not exactly… eager to settle down.”

Mr. Jung’s jaw tightened. “Hoseok will do what’s necessary. He knows his place in this family, and he knows what’s expected of him. If Yoongi agrees, Hoseok will follow through.”

Mr. Min’s eyes narrowed slightly. “And Yoongi? Have you considered his thoughts on this? My son isn’t someone you can push around. He may be quiet, but he’s fiercely independent.”

Mr. Jung’s lips pressed into a thin line. “That’s where you come in, Min. You know your son better than anyone. Convince him that this is the right path. It’s not just about business it’s about securing the future for both our families. Together, the Jungs and the Mins can become unstoppable.”

The air between them was heavy with unspoken understanding. They both knew what this marriage would mean  it wasn’t about love or companionship; it was about power, legacy, and control. Mr. Jung had no doubt that with Mr. Min’s influence, Yoongi would come around.

“Think about it,” Mr. Jung continued, his voice lowering. “Your son will have access to resources he’s never dreamed of. Jung Enterprises will be his, just as much as Hoseok’s. He’ll be set for life, and so will your family.”

Mr. Min swirled the remaining liquid in his glass, his expression thoughtful. “I’ll speak to Yoongi,” he said finally, his voice measured. “But I won’t force him into anything. If he chooses to decline, that’s his decision.”

Mr. Jung nodded, satisfied with that response for now. “Fair enough. But trust me, Min, this is a deal your son won’t want to refuse.”

With a moment of silence Mr. Min then asked,“how about the heir? And I think you do know both of them are men, Mr. Jung just smirked and reply don't worry about an heir, Hoseok already got that cover after all he can get pregnant and remember this generation already accepts same gender couples” Mr. Min felt uneasy but didn't push it and just kept quiet.

With that, the conversation ended, and both men stood, shaking hands with the cold formality that marked their relationship. There were no emotions involved only the exchange of power, the merging of legacies.

As Mr. Min turned to leave, Mr. Jung called after him. “One more thing. This marriage it will happen soon. I won’t wait forever.”

Mr. Min paused at the door, glancing back over his shoulder. “Understood. I’ll let you know Yoongi’s decision.”

And with that, he disappeared into the night, leaving Mr. Jung alone with his thoughts.

Yoongi’s POV

I had always known that father had plans for me. Growing up in the Min household, nothing was ever left to chance, everything was calculated, every move a strategic decision. But when father called me into the study later that evening, I had a feeling that this conversation would be different.

“Sit down, Yoongi,” Dad said, his voice as composed as ever.

I sat in the leather chair across from my father, my hands resting in my lap. I didn’t dare say anything, waiting for his him to speak.

“I had a meeting with Mr. Jung today,” He began, leaning back in his chair. “He proposed an arrangement a marriage between you and his son, Hoseok.”

My eyes flickered with surprise, but I kept my expression neutral. “A marriage,” he repeated, the words feeling foreign on his tongue.

“Yes,” Mr. Min confirmed. “Hoseok is set to inherit Jung Enterprises, but his father wants him to settle down, to provide stability for the company. He believes that a marriage between our families would strengthen both of our positions.”

Yoongi leaned back, processing the information. Marriage had never been on his radar. His focus had always been on his music his passion and his racing, his escape from the rigid world of business and family expectations. The thought of being tied down to someone, especially for the sake of a company, felt suffocating.

“And what do you think?” I asked, my voice calm, but inside my head is in chaos.

Mr. Min studied his son carefully. “I think it’s a smart move. Hoseok is a good man. And this can get you to move on about sleeping with different whores, not just you but Hoseok as well. This could beneficial for both of you and for the family.”

I let out a slow breath, my mind racing. I knew father wouldn’t force me into anything, but the weight of his family’s expectations hung heavy in the air. I grit his teeth, i know there will be a day I will settle down but I didn't know it will be this early and worse it's about a boy I NEVER and I Mean NEVER EVEN met, sure I know who Hoseok is but I never met him f2f.

“I’ll think about it,” I said quietly, my voice steady but distant.

Mr. Min nodded, standing from his chair. “Take your time, Yoongi. But remember, sometimes in life, we must make sacrifices for the greater good.”

I didn’t respond, I couldn't as father left the room. He sat there in the silence, the prospect of marriage looking over him.

It was a decision that could change everything.

But was he ready for it?
What about his Racing? His music? His freedom?
