Third Person POV

Hoseok groaned softly as he stirred awake, the late morning sunlight spilling into the room, casting a warm, golden hue over everything. His eyes fluttered open, adjusting to the brightness, and he instinctively reached out beside him, seeking warmth. But as his fingers found only empty sheets, his brows knit together in confusion, and his eyes snapped fully open.

Yoongi was gone.

He blinked a few times, groggy with sleep, his mind racing to piece together where his husband might have gone so early in the morning. Rolling onto his back, he let out a small, frustrated sigh, reaching for his phone only to remember it was still in his bags in the suite they’d stayed in last night.

A cute pout formed on his lips, betraying his frustration, as he lay there for a moment, sulking. But he couldn’t deny that something inside him felt a bit empty without Yoongi nearby. Taking a deep breath, he finally decided to get up and see where Yoongi might be, hoping he hadn’t left too long ago.

Just as he reached for the door, ready to step out and hunt him down, the door to the bathroom clicked open. Hoseok’s gaze shifted, and he froze in his tracks as Yoongi stepped out, steam trailing from the bathroom behind him, a towel slung low around his hips, water droplets clinging to his bare skin.

Hoseok's eyes widened, and heat instantly flooded his cheeks as he took in the sight before him. He tried to play it cool, tried to tell himself it was nothing he hadn’t seen before. But something about the way the light played off Yoongi’s toned chest and the faint sheen of water on his skin left Hoseok practically speechless.

His gaze traced Yoongi’s figure without shame broad shoulders, defined biceps, and the slight ridges of his abs. Hoseok couldn’t help himself; he swallowed, realizing how utterly attractive Yoongi was, and for a moment, he completely lost track of where he was or what he was even doing.

Hoseok’s mind went blank, his heart thudding against his chest as he took in every detail. It was impossible to look away, and his cheeks grew hotter the longer he stood there, staring.

And then it hit him he was staring. Not just staring, he was practically gawking. He quickly shut his mouth, realizing he’d been nearly drooling, and his blush deepened as he tried to compose himself. But even then, he couldn’t fully stop his eyes from darting back to Yoongi, still shamelessly admiring the sight before him.

“Morning,” Yoongi said, arching an eyebrow when he finally noticed Hoseok’s deer-in-the-headlights expression. A small, almost teasing smirk tugged at the corner of his lips.

Hoseok scrambled for words, his mind a jumbled mess. “Uh… g-good morning,” he stammered, clutching the door handle a little too tightly. He wanted to tear his gaze away, but his eyes kept betraying him, drifting back to Yoongi’s bare torso.

“Are you okay, Hoba?” Yoongi asked, his voice tinged with amusement as he ran a hand through his damp hair, oblivious to the effect he was having.

“Y-Yes! I just, uh… didn’t realize you’d… um… showered,” Hoseok managed to choke out, hoping he sounded even slightly composed. He could feel his cheeks burning, and he forced himself to look down, fighting off the urge to peek again.

Yoongi just chuckled, apparently entertained by Hoseok’s sudden embarrassment. He stepped back into the bathroom to grab a fresh shirt, throwing a glance over his shoulder as he disappeared around the corner. Hoseok quickly released a breath he hadn’t realized he was holding.

“Smooth, Hoseok,” he muttered under his breath, running a hand over his face. But as flustered as he was, he couldn’t deny the faint thrill that lingered, and a small, shy smile tugged at his lips.
