Chapter 5: The Calm Before The Storm
-------------------------------------------------

Your POV:

I stayed outside for a while. I tried to take a hold on what was happening. Mark is really going to leave me alone with them for weeks? And maybe even longer? I mean how could he? I just arrived yesterday and tomorrow he already has to leave me alone here with those maniacs?
If I think about it.. I'm not mad at Mark, it's not his fault. He has obligations in his life, like the movie he's been working on and his girlfriend Amy. But no matter how hard I try, I just can't comprehend the entire situation. Guess I'll have to make the best out of it..

After some time went by, I stepped back inside the house. I had no idea for how long I was gone, but I guess long enough as the kitchen was already cleaned and some of the alter egos were out of sight again. Except for Google, Darkiplier and Wilford.

I tried not to get involved in any kind of conversation with them, clearly not being in the mood right now. I just walked past them and headed over to the kitchen. My plan was to just grab a bottle of water and to disappear in my room for the rest of the day. But plans seem to never work out, huh?

As I grabbed a bottle of water and tried to open it, I eavesdropped on the conversation and watched the scene in front of me carefully.

Wilford paced around the livingroom. His childish and excited energy was back again, as if he got over the embarrassment from what happened earlier. He fidgeted with a deck of cards in his hands from a random boardgame that he adored.
He had a big smile painted on his face as he held the box with the game inside of it steady in his hands. "Alright! Who's up for a little fun today? Google? Dark? You guys can't say no to a classic!" He slurred in his usual accent. Being way too excited to play this game.

Google sat at the dining table with a laptop. The sound of his fingers typing on it was almost louder than the enthusiasm of the pink-mustached-man. He didn't even look up to Wilford as he responded coldly and robotic "Wilford. I calculate a 0% chance of receiving any intellectual stimulation from playing a game with you. Especially when- according to your previous games- the rules seem to bend, break and occasionally reverse to make sure you're winning. My time is better spend elsewhere."

Wilfords grin dropped down a little before he started chuckling as if Google made a good joke, to keep his composure "Rules, schmules, I always say! Who needs them anyways, right? It's all about the experience! So give yourself a little push, buddy!" Wilford looked with all his hope over to Google who ignored him fully.

After Wilford accepted it that Google is not up for a game, he spun on his heels and looked over to Darkiplier. Sitting in the same armchair again as he was reading a book.
"Dark, my man! What about you, huh? We haven't played a game together since AGES. I know that you're always up for a little fun, right? What do you say?" Wilford asked, his eyebrows wiggling and his voice and eyes once again being filled up with hope.

In response, Dark just glanced up from his book. His facial expressions showed that he looked rather annoyed of Wilford's excitement. If looks could kill, then Wilford would drop dead right now.
Even if Dark didn't answer with words, his gaze told Wilford that he shouldn't even bother asking him before he focused back on his books again.

The silence grew heavier at that. Wilfords smile fell off completly now. He slumped a little bit and lowered the game box slowly to his side again. He sighed, trying to brush it off but it was obvious that he was feeling sad that nobody wants to play with him. "Alright.. maybe an other time.. I'll just sit here then and be bored.." Wilford continued. Pouting as he let himself fall back down on the couch, keeping the game box on his lap.
