Habitat:the Savannah

Size: 10-12 feet in length, though a good bit is tail. 5-6 feet tall at the shoulder

Fur: gold, tan, white, yellowish, reddish

Eyes: almost always a shade of gold, yellow, brown, or orange. Red and purple also rarely occur

Teeth: goes through a baby set, a juvenile set, and two adult sets

Pack: groups of around 10 individuals consisting of 1-3 breeding pairs

Babies: babies stay in the pouch until five months of age and ride part time until 13 months old. The pups begin eating meat at 6 months old and wean at a year old. They mature at 10 years of age.

Lore: they are excellent hunters. They're known for the thick fur on their necks that no other dioyote species has.

Notes:
Excellent vision and sense of smell. The only dioyotes with manes.
