[It had been a couple of hours since our battle with Team Rocket. We were still in the Viridian Forest looking for a Weedle for Ash to catch, but we had no luck so far. It was like all the Pokémon living in the forest had gone hiding. Misty was relieved that we didn't encounter any bug-type Pokémon, so she was able to relax, until...]
Misty:AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!
[I jumped like three meters in the sky by her sudden cry and fell down on my knees as my ears vibrated again. I groaned softly as the pain vanished and I could see what was going on. Misty had climbed up a tree and literally hung from it like a Mankey while shaking like a leaf]
Ash:What is it now, Misty? [Ash asked as he helped me stand up on my wobbly legs]
Pikachu:Chu? [Pikachu said while still being on Ash's shoulder]
Misty:I saw another bug!
Gaia:A-Another Caterpie? [I asked softly]
Misty:No, it's the bug your stupid Cousins been looking for, Gaia! [She growled]
[Ash snapped his head up in excitement when he heard that] Ash:A Weedle?!
Misty:Yes, your disgusting Weedle! [She nodded]
[The branch she held onto began making cracking noise. Misty didn't have time to blink before the branch broke and she fell down on the ground. "OW!"
[I rushed to her to see if she was okay. She fell straight on her back and you could get serious injuries that could affect you for a lifetime] Gaia:Are you okay, Misty?
Misty:Ow... Yeah, I'm fine [Misty grunted as she sat up and rubbed the back of her head]
Weedle:Weedle...?
[Misty froze when she heard the soft Pokémon cry. She jumped up on her feet and pulled me to Ash before she hid behind him. I looked at the road and saw said Weedle slowly crawling toward us]
Ash:Wow, it really is a Weedle! [Ash smiled as he grabbed his Pokédex]
Ash:Weedle, the hairy Pokémon. Bug-type. Often found in forests, eating leaves. It has a sharp, toxic barb of around two inches on top of its head that injects poison.
Ash:It's going to be perfect to balance out my team with a bug Pokémon [He smiled]
Pikachu:Pi pika!
Misty:Do you really have to catch it? The bug Pokémon I hate the most is the Beedrill! Please, don't catch it! [She begged]
Ash:Sorry, Misty, but I decide which Pokémon I want to catch [He responded] If you don't want to be around, you can just walk ahead and we'll catch up to you.
Misty:That's exactly what I was gonna- [Misty began to argue irritably when she froze and looked down]
[I followed her glance and saw the wild Weedle was trying to climb up her leg. What was it with these small bug-type Pokémon? Why were they so attracted to Misty]
[She got pale and then shrieked so hard it echoed throughout the forest before she dashed away while knocking back Weedle] Misty:I'M GETTING OUT OF THIS PLACE!
Weedle:Weedle... [the Weedle chirped sadly as it watched Misty running for her life]
Gaia:Misty! [I called after her as soon as I got back my hearing]
Ash:Have no fear; Ash is here! [Ash smirked as he grabbed a Poké Ball from his belt] Pidgeotto, go!"
Pidgeotto:Pidgeoot! [Pidgeotto chirped as he came out from the device]
