[Ash and I actually made it to Viridian City on the first day of our journey. It must have been because of the bike we "borrowed" from the orange-haired girl with the fishing rod when we tried shaking off that aggressive flock of Spearows a couple of hours ago]
[The sun was slowly going down as the sky was now a gentle orange color with some of the clouds being pink and purple. My Cousin and I took turns on leading the now broken bike to the city, and it was currently my turn. I was very tired and dirty, so I had to take a quick break outside of a house in Viridian City]
Gaia:I'm sorry, Ash, but I must take a break... [I sighed in relief as I collapsed on a bench, resting my sore feet]
Ash:It's okay, sis [Ash said calmly] We made it to Viridian City. Now we just have to find the Pokémon Center and get a room for the night.
Gaia:And wash our clothes [I added as I relaxed my body]
Ash:That too, yeah. And call Mom to make sure we're safe.
????:Excuse me, you two [a new voice spoke up]
[I looked to my left and saw a woman dressed in a police uniform walk up to us. It was then I noticed we were sitting right outside of a police station. I spotted the badge on the uniform and saw the woman's name was Jenny]
Jenny:Are you two Pokémon Trainers? [Officer Jenny asked]
Ash:Yeah, we sure are [Ash nodded] We're just taking a break here and we'll walk away.
Jenny:No, it's fine [Officer Jenny said calmly] You can stay here as long as you want, but the city is currently...a bit on the edge.
AshWhat do you mean?
[The officer pointed at a bulletin board that was standing next to the bench. I stood up to see if there was anything on it. There was a WANTED poster with picture of a woman and a man. Their faces were hidden by the shadows, but they both had the same style of white and black outfits with a magenta R on the chest]
Gaia:Are they bad guys?
Jenny:Correct [Officer Jenny replied] These two individuals are from the evil organization Team Rocket."
Ash:Team Rocket? [Ash repeated as he looked at me] Didn't Professor Oak warn us about them?
Gaia:Yes [I nodded] He said Team Rocket steals other Trainers' Pokémon for an unknown reason.
Jenny:They're saying Team Rocket's leader's goal is world domination [She explained] These two Team Rocket grunts have recently been spotted nearby Viridian City, so that's why we're being extra cautious with strangers. Do you two have your Pokédexes?
Ash:Yeah [Ash nodded before he pulled out his Pokédex from the pocket of his jacket]
[I grabbed mine as well from my backpack before handing it over to Officer Jenny. She took both of them and checked our Trainer's license]
Jenny:Okay, so you two are legitimate Trainers [Officer Jenny said before giving the devices back to us] I guess you'll be heading to the Pokémon Center?
AshYes, Officer [Ash nodded as he put away his Pokédex] Could you tell us which direction is the place?
[Officer Jenny pointed toward north where I saw a big building in the distance] Jenny:The Pokémon Center is several streets away from here. You'll get there in fifteen minutes by foot. I see you have a bike, but it certainly had better days.
[I glanced at the dented bike, suddenly feeling a little nervous about the owner and how she would react to its condition] Gaia:We...borrowed it from someone.
