   Cary on the other hand didn’t know about her friends’ plan and thus, being suddenly ran towards at, she couldn’t help but be afraid. She wanted to flee, but her feet were frozen. When the girls came to her, she felt like she knew them, yet from where, she knew not.

ADRIANA: Cary, thank GOD we found you!

   Now that was some confusion, without realizing the girls were speaking in ancient chinese very fluently. Maybe it was the magic of the machine, or the rule of transmigration.
