CHAPTER 44

DANIE'S P.O.V

I suddenly woke up. I actually don't know why I woke up. I took my phone from the side table.

"Ugh! Why'd I wake up in the middle of the night!" I threw my pillow at the cabinet and made a loud noise. I got up from my bed and wore my fluffy slippers. I went out of the room amd straight to the kitchen.

"I seriously need to buy groceries" There wasn't a single thing in the fridge. I plopped down on the couch.

I got the remote on the coffee table and turned the television on. Paranormal Activity was on. Then I remebered. Last night. I suddenly thought. Did oppa go home?

I was watching intensely. I heard shuffling noises behind me. I felt my body stiffen. I was imagining things like what if it's a white lady or maybe a monster.

I tried to relax myself but nothing is happening. I'm still stiff and I couldn't move. I shut my eyes close. I take in deep breathes.

"Danie-ah!"

"AHHHHHHH!" I jumped up from my seat screaming like an idiot. Not caring if anyone wake sup because of me. My only goal is to get out of here away from the ghosts or whatever that is.

I ran to the hallway but I was so dumb to. Even if it's my house I still don't know where to go. I ran up the hallway. But the idiot I am, I didn't realize it was a dead end. I tried to look for places to go but nothing.I hear the footsteps getting closer.

"S-stop" I stuttered. I was still facing the wall. The footsteps were still getting closer.

"I-i said s-stop!" I tried my best not to stutter but I still did.

"Danie" His voice sounds familiar.

"Are you okay?" He asked again. I was shaking like crazy. I can cry right now. I turned around slowly. I felt my eyes starting to tear up in fear. When I fully turned I realized how stupid I am. It was oppa. I ran to his arms sobbing like a little child.

"Oh! What's wrong?" He asked rubbing my back.

"I was so scared" I said in between my sobs.

"I was just getting water. You wake me up cause you were noisy. I went out to check what happened and I saw you in the living room." He said still hugging me.

"I was watching Paranormal Activity so I was scared." I said breaking the hug.

"I'm not gonna eat you" He said chuckling slightly.

"I thought you were a monster or something" I said looking deep into his eyes.

"Awww I'll protect you from all the monsters." I think he saw my face light up.

"Gomawo oppa" I said hugging him once again.

"Speaking of protection, I thought of moving in cause you were all alone here. What do you think?" He asked with a slight smirk on his face.

"Jinjja? You'll live here? How about your career?" I asked, worried

"I can tell my manager you need someone" He said.

"Arasseo!" I jumped up and down my seat.

"Oppa! we'll get late!" I shouted from downstairs,

"I'm coming!" He said. He has been using appa's room and transferring clothes little by little.

Ever since that day he said he wanted to live here, we've been planning on when he'll be tranferring. He'll be transferring, if you're wondering. That's cause they'll be on leave cause of V. I hear a beeping sound from outside the house.
