Riani's POV:
I was our meeting for the day and after learning that Homelander wasn't even going to have the decency to show up, and that it was about us having a movie I was so ready to leave. I was literally going to sleep in today and stay with the boys but instead I had to come to this bullshit meeting and call a nanny last minute.
The only person who actually read the fucking script was Stormfront, and I could see that Noir read a little but then again I could only see drawings on his paper where I was sitting. I was about to listen to Stormfront go on about how the script was ass, based on a women's viewing, and I personally didn't care because I was just going to make them mind control them to change whatever I felt was disrespectful to me as a person or as a woman entirely.
But before we could see and hear her go off on the making of the script, Ashley read a text message she got and started to panic, before running to leave the room. I got a glimpse of her mind when I read it, but it was mostly words being scrabbled but what I do know is that I heard, compound v and Homelander, being repeated.
I didn't know what it was about until I went to my floor in the tower and saw that Compound V was what made Supes have powers. Which means that they are saying that we are made and test dummies basically and not born this way. And apparently Annie was the reason that it was exposed, which I learned from Reggie when he sped into my room needing to talk, and that led me to know that she was working with Hughie because he was on the side that was against supes.
But what some people don't know is that I was born with powers and so was Homelander. I once got a glimpse of Homelander's mind when he was thinking about having a family while looking at Stillwell. I know that I was born this way, because my mom was a supe before she died but only me and my dad knew. Not even Reggie, Nate or my step mom knew, they just know that we don't share the same mom, and that Dad had a drunk mistake that made me.
