"How long have you been here, in the Ghost Realm? Xiong-Xiang mentioned centuries, so I'm not sure.."Luo Binghe, or shall he call him Hua Binghe, had taken Wei ying out once again, just like the oldest of them. He wanted a chance to speak one on one with Wei ying and though Wei ying had some-fears...he agreed and let's his brother take him off.
"Well how old are you?" He asked him, brow rose as they had stopped at the same bridge. Wei ying hummed. "I'm 19,"
"So your still young."
"I'm not. I'm a full fledge adults thank you very much." He huffed, moving his hair out of the way and looking back over the bridge and the star filled sky. "Your a child to me and everyone else even in the mortal Realm. Maybe not as a minor but your still young." Wei ying tsked but didn't press on further. He wasn't entirely wrong but he didn't feel child like anymore. His time of being a child ended when his supposed parents died and he was left alone on the streets...from then on..the in child Wei Wuxian vanished..
"You still haven't answered my question."
"I was getting to it you rascal. Hold your tongue for a second."
Wei ying can see things was much more different when it came to Hua Binghe. He was more authorized, serious, an aura about him that spooked Wei ying a bit. Meanwhile, Hua Xiang was more kind and soft hearted, just like how Xie lian was of him.
Binghe found a spot to sit, Wei ying not knowing if he should follow but he does when Hua Binghe rose a brow at his wheel turning brain.
He took his seat.
"To answer your question, here in the Realms time flows differently. So technically here your to be in your thousand year age. Not 19."
Wei ying's eyes widened. "But I'm mortal, no?"
"No A-ying, we're not mortal. If you want, A-niang and A-die were humans but not anymore. Their more than that." He explained, giving his brother a small smile. "So don't worry your little head about it."
"Don't worry my head? How am I to not think about it when I knew nothing of this." Wei ying sighed with a groan. "I just wished I wasn't taken...maybe I would still..still have my will power again.." he said, frowning as he placed his hand on his chest. "I lost everything...all because I wanted to make things right.."
Binghe watched as his youngest brother stared out into the void, his hand placed on his chest as he gripped his old robes he's yet to come out of. A face fell pf depression and a distant cry for help, for attention for something to bring back that light.
Wei ying has always been cheerful yet here he looked tired, he looked to have seen many things and delt with many things after it.
"Now I'm useless..Why are you guys so happy to see me? I expected nothing but to be shunned or put away..Hidden maybe?"
Binghe's eyes widened when he heard those words and he narrowed them dangerously. "What do you speak about? Of course your important. Your our little brother, the son of a God and Ghost, people who adored you from the day you were brought into the world. Your to be praised, loved, cared for and raised to be someone great like all of us." He said, the glow of his eyes and symbol on his head becoming more apparent.
Wei ying looked away from him. "I don't deserve that.. I'm just a shell. I can't even cultivate anymore so why does it matter? You called me prince but I don't know anything about that nor was I brought into something like that."
"Being a child of royalty doesn't mean your to be brought up in it a-ying. Your a Prince. That's it. You were born as one and it will be your title forever." He explained, moving away black hair from Wei ying's view, tucking the strings behind his ear. "And what's this about not becoming a cultivator?"
