Late at night underground a pile of falls and a capsule is seen cracked open as a small pile of dirt lands on the card brining it to life as the dinosaur is seen sleeping until a huge pile of dirt falls
Still late at night a construction is seen happening in the city Max, Rex, Dakota, and Zoe live
Unfortunately the construction happens to be near Max's house interrupting Rex's sleep
Rex: Ugh! Pretty hard to sleep around here, huh, Ace? Agh!
The next morning
Max is seemed to just woken up
Max: *yawns* Morning, everyone. Hey, Rex, good day for a catch! Whoa, what's up? You look terrible!
Rex: Thank you. I couldn't sleep a wink with all that noise outside.
Max: I didn't hear anything. What do you mean?
Rex: What? Are you telling me you didn't hear any of that super loud construction going on all night long?!
Max: I guess I didn't. Did you, Chomp?
Rex: Well, that must be nice. I wish I could be as oblivious to every single thing that's going on around me like you seem to be.
Max: Yeah! Chomp slept great, too, right?
Dakota is then seen looking tired from just waking up and his hair a mess while brushing his teeth and then heard Max and Rex arguing
Max: What are you getting all upset for, Rex? I mean, it's just noise. Who cares, right?
Rex: I'll tell you who cares: Me! Maybe if you weren't so clueless, you would, too!
Max: Oh, yeah? Well, it's better than being uptight like you!
Rex: And if you weren't so clueless, I could explain to you why it's not better!
Just then Aki came in to defuse the argument
Aki: Alright. That's enough now. Time to eat
Unfortunately the two continued to argue
Max: Excuse me for getting a good night's sleep!
Rex: You sleep so much, your brain's gonna rot!
Max: Because it's important for a kid to get at least 10 hours sleep! Right, Mom!
As Dakota was walking towards the stairs getting sick of Max and Rex's argument he tripped down the stairs
Dakota:
As soon as Dakota stopped falling he walked into the kitchen and sat down for his breakfast then glared at Max and Rex
