Chapter 12

Aria POV
Bart said we have Magcon we have Magcon today.

So Chloe and I are suppose to rehearse before Magcon, but I honestly don't know what we are going to do.

I get to the main event room and see that Bart is the only one there.

I put my shoes on and wait for Chloe to show up.

"Do you know where Chloe is?" Bart asked.

"I really don't know. Chloe won't talk to me." I said.

Then Chloe walks in 10 minutes later.

"Where have you been?" Bart asked.

"I kinda forgot we had to rehearse." Chloe said.

"Well don't let that happen again." Bart said.

Bart walks away and I look at Chloe.

"So what should we do for our dance?" I questioned.

"Aria. I'm not dancing with you anymore I'm going to do a solo." Chloe said.

"What? Chloe. I'm really sorry for the way I acted towards you. I shouldn't have said that. I totally understand if you want to be with Matthew." I said.

"That's not why I'm mad. I'm mad because you get all the attention. I'm Aria's friend, or Aria's dance partner. I want to be my own person." Chloe said.

Chloe goes on the stage and rehearses.

Later the others come and we warm up before the show.

"What happened with Chloe and you at rehearsal today?" Nash asked.

"She doesn't want to dance with me anymore so she wants to go solo." I said.

"Oh." Nash said.

Bart talked to us about the order we are going in.

Chloe first.

The guys and Daniella will perform/mess around.

Then me last.

Chloe is doing a dance to Out of Town Girl by Justin Bieber.

Which is ironic because I'm doing a Justin Bieber song too.

But it's She Don't Like The Lights, the acoustic version.

It's a lyrical dance so I keep more of my style.

It's basically a point to prove that I don't like being center of attention.

I like dancing, but I don't want people to define Chloe by me.

Chloe takes the stage and starts to preform.

Which she is doing a great job at it, since this is like the only thing I have seen her choreograph by herself.

I looked over at Matthew and he stared in awe.

Then I saw Jack staring at me and I looked away.

Why is he staring at me?

Then Chloe gets off the stage and the guys take the stage.

I looked at Jack while he preformed.

I wish things didn't have to be so complicated.

I smiled as Jack sang with Johnson.

See Jack and Jack are best friends and they preform together.

So how can I get Chloe to see that we can share the center of attention?
