————— Yuno's breath instantly caught in his throat as the familiar orange sphere stared back at him from within the briefcase. Time seemed to slow to crawl as millions upon millions of thoughts and questions rushed into his mind. Another Dragonball...here in New York? How?
Sure, he had his own, but no one else should know they even exist besides him, so how did these two manage to get their hands on one? Do they even know what's capable of? Or even more terrifying, if they don't...then who's the buyer behind the scenes who does, and what the hell do they want them for?
Hammerhead's gruff voice snapped him back to reality, his rough tone dripping with satisfaction.
Hammerhead: Look at this beauty. Our buyer is gonna flip when they see it, and we, my friend, are gonna be richer than we could ever imagine!
Yuno clenched his fists, his body instinctively tensing. He had to do something, but rushing in now without a plan would be suicide. Danny crouched beside him, his face twisted in confusion as he stared at the glowing artifact.
Danny: Yuno, dude, I don't know what that thing is, but judging by your face, it's not good.
Yuno: No, no, it isn't, especially not in their hands or whoever's trying to get it from them. Forget the weapons. Forget high-tech gear. We need to get that briefcase...
Yuno turned to Danny, a small smark of energy igniting in his eyes
Yuno: ...whatever it takes.
Danny simply smiled, cracking his knuckles before his Iron Fist began to glow.
Danny: Then let's get this party started.
In an instant, Danny slammed his fist against the ground, warping and buckling the earth beneath their feet as a shockwave exploded out, tearing through the warehouse, rattling the building to its very foundations, sending crates tumbling over and scattering the two mobsters in confusion as goons quickly rushed in. Hammerhead turned just in time to see the chaos erupt, his eyes widening in fury.
Hammerhead: What the he-?!
Yuno: GRAAAAAH!!!
