I Fast forward 9 months
I'm at my apartment since grey made me start maternity leave and I was just watching top chef when my water broke so I called Genny
OTP
G- hey Lucy is everything ok
L- uh yk what everything is not okay ok
G- why what happened
L- uhhh my water broke and I'm alone in my apartment
G- don't move I'm coming to get you
L- ok thank you
G- stay on the phone so I can make sure you're okay
L- ok
I got a few contractions when I was on the phone with Genny but she helped me make it less painful
She finally got here a few minutes later we grabbed my hospital bag and everything I needed and took the elevator downstairs
Genny probably broke 100 traffic laws driving me to the hospital but I wasn't going to say anything I'm on leave
She helped me get checked in and they immediately took me to a a room
Genny asked me
G- are you going to give her his last name
I told her that I would be giving her Tim's last name
The doctors kept coming in every single minute it was kind of annoying ngl but Ik it's their job and stuff
I started to think what if he were here I started to cry cause of the pain hormones and I was excited my baby girl was going to be here but I really wish he was also here but it's whatever
Genny called Angela Nyla Bailey Tamara and Luna to tell them my water broke next thing you know all of them of were here asking me tons of questions which was irritating me and Genny could tell so told them how about we watch a movie until she's fully dilated everyone agreed so we put a movie on 40 minutes later the doctor says I'm fully dilated they kicked everybody out except Genny since I came in with her
I pushed and pushed and almost shitted myself but I'm so glad I didn't and pushed even more and at 7:50 my beautiful baby girl was born
