I want to believe there's a bright and happy future waiting for me
That all my suffering endured wasn't for nothing
That nothing bad ever truly happened to me
And that my hard work will pay off
But the fear of failure
Of a realization that
It might not be worth it
That it was not worth surviving just to end up here
It scares me.
