Nick: so yeah, that's what happened

Karna: woah, that's uhm, quite a story.....

North: ever since the whole thing my body has been aching, and I've been more tired

Payton: you should be fine.... I think your body is just tryna get used to life down here?

As the groups talking, someone runs into the groups conversation.

Mia: guys! Guys! Guess what Caspian found!

Zori: ooooh what!

Mia: an old map of the cities!

James: and why is that interesting? We've seen maps of our cities before, it's just the three Rings.

Mia: no! But this ones different..... It has... Other things? I dunno how to explain.. Just come on guys!

Everyone follows behind Mia, eventually zori walking faster, while everyone else stays slower with Mia.

Mia: hey! Slow down!

Zori: nupp! To excited!

The keep walking through the area till they get to Caspians tent, a big water drop neon sign ontop of it. They walk in.

Zori: hey! We heard about a map?!

Caspian gets up, their cane knocking o the ground.

Caspian: good morning to you too zori, yes indeed, I have found a map that may change everything we know about our world....

Nick: wait, how so?

Karna turns to look at North, she can tell somethings wrong.

Karna: North, you- your blood doesn't smell right.....

Nick: what do you mean?! "Doesn't smell right"

Karna: being a cannibal means I can smell different types of blood.... North's smells... Weak? Or tired? It seems like she's gon-

Before she can finish her sentence North collapses to the ground. Everyone rushes to her and kneels down. Caspian rushes over and kneels behind her head. He puts his hand on her cheek.

Caspian: she's over heating

Karna: her blood is warming up, rapidly

Caspian: someone get her some water....

James jumps up and runs out of the tent, he returns with a bottle of water and throws it to Caspian. Caspian pours some of the water over North's face. The cold water runs down her face and to her neck.

Karna: she's cooling down, her blood is almost at a steady temperature.

Caspian: alright... We need to get her to this couch over here

Everyone looks at Nick expectingly

Nick: yeah that's not happening, I'm no where near strong enough to pick up a whole person

Payton thinks for a second than looks at James

James: your kidding, that's not happening, Payton no...

Payton: please! No one else is strong enough to pick her up!

James sighs and rolls his eyes, he stomps over like an annoyed toddler and leans down to pick North up.

James: you assholes owe me....

He picks her up and walks over to the couch. North wakes up just as James places her on the couch. He sits down next to her and watches her face intently.

James: hey, you alright?

North doesn't speak but instead nods and groans. Everyone rushes over and stands around her.

Karna: her bloods back to normal, but it still smells wrong, not hot, but wrong somehow.

Caspian: this is the first time since she got here that's she's passed out. It's possible that slumaí's air mixed with her blood being pulled from her than put back in, could have messed with her body some how.

James: I guess that checks out.....

Nick: y-yeah

James: she'll be fine mate.... She's strong

Nick: yeah whatever..

Nick walks out of the tent and sits next to it. Zori follows shortly behind him. Karna turns to Payton and smirks, then looks down at James.

Karna: hey James, maybe keep an eye on her, me and Payton are gonna talk to Caspian about the map.

James doesn't even look back at them, his eyes still fixed on North's tired face.

James: yeah alright, don't be to long

The three all walk to capsians desk. They sit down while the girls lean against the desk. Pulling out the map from a desk drawer Caspian plants it on the desk

Karna: woah, what?

Zori turn the corner of the outside of the tent, she sees Nick sitting on the ground.

Zori: hey... You know she'll be okay right?

She sits down next to him

Nick: she doesn't know her bodies limits, she does stupid shit all the time, I'm scared that she won't listen to me when I tell her to rest.

Zori: I'm sure she'll realize she needs too...

Nick: no she won't! She never does! She was always sick when we lived up there, but that never stopped her from doing stupid shit that hurts her body..... She's the only person who never hated me for-

Zori: yeah, well, I don't hate you for it... Neither does the rest of our friends

Nick: they're not "our" friends, they are your friends, they think I can't tell, but I can tell they don't like me or North, because all we are to them are posh assholes from rioga, they don't trust us. But who can blame em.... My people are horrible, I know Payton will always hate me because of her brother...

Zori: him being taken wasn't your fault, it happened when she was five.....

Nick: that doesn't matter... She still hates me.... My people took him.... Turned him into a worker, or something worse.... No one knows where he is and it's my family and my peoples fault

Zori: could you have done anything to help? No... Can you help her find him? Maybe... I think her chances of not hating you are pretty high.

Nick Huffs and smiles, he leans his head on her shoulder.

Nick: your a good friend, thankyou

Zori: it's my job to be a good friend

Zori smiles and rests her head on his.
