(Sorry for not posting as usual as I did before, there's a lot of stress and things I have to deal with in my life + I kinda have writers block but I'll post this chapter and a Halloween Special chapter 30th or 31st October) (Btw the Halloween special will kinda be part 2 of this)

Remus's son Teddy had PTSD, he often got overwhelmed. Teddy's late mother passed away which resulted in a lot of trauma for Teddy. Remus picked up his son from school, Teddy hopped into the car "Hey, dad"

Remus smiled warmly as he started the car, "Hey, Teddy. How was school today?" He glanced at his son in the rearview mirror, noticing the tired look in his eyes and the way he fidgeted with his hands.

"It was fine, I guess" Teddy says, looking out the window

Remus nodded, his heart aching at the flat tone of his son's voice. He knew better than to push for more details when Teddy was like this. "Alright, love. We can talk more at home if you want to."

Teddy was a special needs kid, he struggled with homework and would often have a breakdown and cry all over his homework

Remus pulled into their driveway, "Let me help with your bag, sweetheart." He got out of the car and opened the back door, lifting Teddy's backpack out of the seat. He watched Teddy closely, seeing the way he bit his lower lip and fidgeted with the hem of his shirt.

Teddy unbuckled his seatbelt and got out of the car, his backpack was a pink and purple one with rainbows. He often got made fun of for his backpack

Remus followed Teddy inside, closing the door behind them. He set Teddy's backpack down on the floor and gently placed a hand on his son's shoulder. "Hey, Teddy? Can you show me your homework for today?" He asked softly, trying to gauge his son's reaction.

Teddy sat down with the dinner table "Sure" He says, taking his homework out

Remus sat beside him, his eyes scanning over the pages filled with math problems and English exercises. He could see the creased and crumpled pages, evidence of Teddy's frustration. "You've done really well with the math, love." He praised, pointing at the completed problems with a smile.

Teddy pulled up his tablet, it didn't seem like he wanted to finish his home work

Remus's smile faltered as he noticed Teddy's tablet. He recognized the familiar pattern of Teddy's avoidance behaviors. "Teddy, we need to finish your homework before dinner." He said gently, placing a hand on the tablet to gently pry it away from his son.

"Ah!" Teddy says, grabbing back his tablet

Remus's eyes widened in surprise at Teddy's sudden outburst. He quickly withdrew his hand, not wanting to upset his son further. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you, sweetheart. We can take a break if you need to.

"Don't want to do homework..." Teddy mumbled, he was on the verge of a breakdown

Remus's heart ached as he watched Teddy's lower lip quiver. He knew that look all too well - it was the look of a child on the verge of a breakdown. "Alright, sweetheart. We don't have to do homework right now. How about we watch a movie together instead?"

Teddy absolutely loved movies, he excitedly sat down on the couch.

Remus let out a sigh of relief as Teddy eagerly curled up on the couch. He grabbed the remote and joined his son, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "What do you want to watch, love? Something with superheroes or maybe an animated film?"
