"Your first year at university ! Are you excited ? Because I know I am."Woo-Sung held a toast laughing before chugging his beer down his throat.
Jae-Yoon forced a laugh too, not being as comfortable as his friend around this many people but nonetheless he didn't want to show it. He wanted to look good and presentable.
After all, many of these people were his seniors and respect was due. They were invited to go out drinking with them to celebrate their first year at university, an offer no one is allowed to refuse despite Jae-Yoon's hatred for crowded places.
"Here, another drink ! It's a mix I made specially for you, you can't refuse !"
The senior who said this to Jae-Yoon laughed hysterically and while Jae-Yoon's first thought was to decline the offer since it's the first time he ever drank and it was more than enough, so much so that he was dizzy, by the looks of it, he couldn't say no.
He was going at it but before he could, the pint wasn't before him anymore. He only understood when everyone started to make noises and the seniors who gave Jae-Yoon the drink started complaining and cursing him out.
There was a beautiful man with two eyebrow piercings chugging down the concoction without a care in the world. Jae-Yoon didn't know why, maybe it was alcohol but he felt his heart racing and more so when their eyes met.
He looks like a foreigner. Thought Jae-Yoon, who was mentally laughing at his remark.
The unknown man put the glass down and grabbed the drunk one who was falling face first, by the waist, pulling him up and bringing him close to himself which, thinking about it, might not have been the most clever idea he ever had had.
"Enough for you. We're leaving." Said the latecomer, trying to push Jae-Yoon away from his own neck where he was breathing.
"But you don't even know where I live ! I don't know you..."
He complained and complained and complained repeatedly that Woo-Sung, angered and not wanting to lose face in front of his seniors, had no choice but to give the intruder Jae-Yoon's belongings, indicating to him the dorm his annoying friend was staying at.
The pierced man only smirked while looking down dearly at Jae-Yoon who was now drooling on his university sweater. He lifted up the man and put him on his back, walking all the way to his dorm, paying no mind to anyone else who was present there. Shortly after, Jae-Yoon fall asleep, hugging that unknown man close to his heart.
The next day, all day long with a huge migraine, Jae-Yoon was confused as to how he got back to his dorm and desperately searched for Woo-Sung to ask him that same question until he received a message that he was sick from yesterday's alcohol and was resting at his dorm.
Jae-Yoon could only go to the theater room, practicing some lines as he has always done ever since elementary school when he first picked up his dream of becoming a renowned actor. He lucked out the moment he realized that not everyone had a support system behind them like he always did.
"To loathe you would only mean to loathe myself... No, that wasn't good..."
He sighed, drank a bit of water and then started again, putting more emotions into it.
"To loathe you would only mean to loathe myself !"
When he was finally feeling satisfied with himself, he heard applause coming from the door that was opened by a tall man with a pierced eyebrow. He looked Jae-Yoon up and down, advancing towards him with an intimidating aura and the fact that this man was taller than him didn't help the uneasy feeling Jae-Yoon felt inside of him.
