SOPHIE

It was closing hours already and i haven't seen Daniel since first period. I've seen his time table and I know it's loaded with work for this Monday,no free period,so i understand he's busy.
But in junior year, his time table was filled with work but we always find time for each other during break.
I looked for him every where during break and i still couldn't find him. I saw Autumn and asked about him but she said he left her during mid second period and handed her over to his twin sister, Daniella.
Weird, because straight A student a Daniel Smith never cuts class,i guess there's a first time for everything.
I can't wait for more than ten minutes and he knows that. I have to pick up Mr. President's son, Mason Keller from Hamilton junior highschool. He's in eighth grade now.
I can't wait more than ten minutes because ten minutes is just enough time for Mason to round off every single thing he's doing and wait outside for me or I'll just wait outside the car if he's not there in time.
Mr. President and my mom,the most successful lawyer in the world were best friends since they were in their diaper days and since my mom is a lawyer she's rarely home,so I'm always in the Whitehouse,my second address, the principal was talking about earlier.
I'm going to sleep over in the White House, first day tradition.
If she's home, Mason will sleep over at my house throughout her stay with bodyguards surrounding our house like bees.
I've been picking Mason home with me everyday since he was in first grade and I was in fifth grade and now he's in eighth grade and I'm in  12th grade aka senior year.
I still don't get why bodyguard follow us wherever we go together since I've been bringing him home for the past eight years and some times we have a little bit of fun.
I walk over to the parking lot where my driver is waiting for me. I can drive a car perfectly but the driver's job is to go over speed limit when Mason and i are late for school if he sleeps over at my house.
The bodyguards, Mason, the driver and i are all going to keep mute about how the driver went over the speed limit. It's nice to have a little fun and besides I've known the bodyguards since i was in my diapers.
Mr. President didn't change his set of bodyguards since when he was a governor to when he became the current president of the United States but only added more bodyguards to his protective crew.
The huge parking lot was right in front of the junior high school building which was right beside the highschool building so we just shared the parking space.
I opened the door and dropped my bag inside the car while greeting my driver good afternoon which he replied with how was school and i told him about the new students most especially the mysterious Travis Keller which the driver just laughed at.
I rested on the hood of the car and waited for Mason to show up. It didn't take up to five minutes till he showed up. I looked around the parking lot to see if I'll see Daniel and Daniella's car but i didn't see it.
I saw Autumn enter her car to i wave her goodbye. I wanted to walk TK to the parking lot but he said not to stress myself.
I saw Mason come out of the school building with a smile as he scanned the parking lot for where i am. He sees me before I'm able to call his name.
His eyes scans something behind me as his gaze becomes soft and his smile widen.
I'm trying my best not to look at the person who made Mason happy like the because curiosity killed the cat and i don't want to look back before i get shot in the head.
We immediately do our complex hand shake thingy. I love the handshake though.
We entered the car as the car's engine purred to life as we rode to the White House. He's like my younger brother except we're not biological.
