Officer: Gather up all of you, Eldians! Starting today we will be selecting warriors from various zones around the continent! If chosen, their family will be granted the title of Honorary Marleyan! Now if we have volunteers step ahead now!
Mr. Finger watches them and glances down at Pieck
Mr. Finger: Pieck....
Pieck: I promised you, dad. I will get you the treatment no matter what.
Pieck smiles at him as she steps ahead of the crowd with a few more children stepping up and looks at them before glancing back at her dad
Officer: Let's go.
The officer turns around as the Pieck and the children follow behind him as she glances back at her dad one more time and smiles
Pieck: "I promise, I'll help you get treated no matter what dad. And to find you too."
The officer escorts Pieck and the other children before reaching a building and opens it as Pieck looks around and sees dozens of kids gathered up along with multiple long desks before entering the building
Officer: Take a seat somewhere now!
Everyone follows the order and sit down
Officer: You will be writing on why you should be picked as a Warrior and what you can give us. You have thirty minutes and we will send you a note to let you know if you move onto the next section. From the 100 of you here only a two dozen of you will be picked as warrior candidates and after that, five of you will be picked as true Warriors and will inherit one of the five Titans remaining.
A bunch of staff begin passing a piece of paper to every person along with a pencil
Officer: Now, that you have everything. Begin!
Everyone begins writing as Pieck glances around the room, before looking down at the paper and begins writing, until the officer stops them after a while
Officer: Stop! Put down you're pencil and leave. You will be notified tomorrow. And if you're picked you will receive a yellow armband and the note I said earlier.
Everyone stands up from their seat and leaves the building and make their way back to their houses, Pieck looks down at the ground continues walking before bumping into a boy knocking him over
Boy: Hey! Watch you it!
Pieck: Sorry.
The boy stands up as Pieck looks at him seeing his blond slick back hair as he ready's to punch her as another boy identical to him only with brown hair stops him
Boy 2: Porco! What did I tell you? And a girl of all people?! Just continue walking!
Boy: Grr, fine, Marcel!
Porco walks away as Marcel watches him and glances at Pieck
Marcel: Sorry, about my brother. Bye.
Pieck watches Marcel walk away following behind Porco, before walking away and walking towards her house
Pieck: "Hopefully that should be enough to get accepted. Now two more years if I get accepted, then I finally look for you, Tomas. I know I should move on, but...I just have a feeling you're out there. And I'll fine you, just wait please."
Pieck reaches her house and enters it and sees her dad on the couch sleeping and smiles, before placing a blanket over him and kissing his cheek
Pieck: You'll be okay, dad. I promise.
