A doctor exits a house and fixes his glasses and checks his bag as two men riding horses approach
Man: You there. Are you Matthuas Finger?
Tomas: Who’s asking?
Man: We are members of the Military Police have some respect you brat!
Man 2: Calm down, Roeg. I’ll take it from here. Let me introduce myself my name is Nile Dok, Commander of the Military Police Brigade .
Tomas: What do you want? I’m busy I’m a doctor and I have patients to take care of in Wall Rose and Sina.
Nile: We’ve done some research on you and found out your only 15 and were an apprentice of Dr. Jaeger. And we are currently looking for him do you know what has happened to him?
Tomas: I do not know. He left me behind so he can do work with clients.
Nile: That doesn’t explain why you disappeared for two years along with him. Do you know what happened to Dr. Jaeger after those two years?
Tomas: I do…Dr. Jaeger might dead. Found the leftovers of someones body in a forest only an arm and some bones remained. Poor bastard.
Nile: Were you involved at all?
Tomas: No, I wasn’t. Why would I kill Dr. Jaeger?
Nile: Answer me this. Where are you really from? Cause we have reports that Dr. Jaeger found you in Wall Rose in the streets. And we have no one in the walls with the surname of Finger or with the name of Matthuas.
Tomas: I was abandoned by my parents. So I lived in the streets and then Dr. Jaeger came around and picked me up as an apprentice once I should some level of anatomical knowledge after he taught me few lessons and then I became his apprentice and named myself.
Nile: Fine, we’ll let you off the hook for now, but you won’t be doing your duties as a doctor as regular.
Tomas: Huh? What are you on about?
Nile: If you know the 104th Cadet Corps is about to happen and we are currently short staffed on medic staff. You will be helping them.
Tomas: And If I don’t? Then what?
Nile: We’ll imprison you on false identity and with a potential link with the disappearance and supposed murder of Dr. Jaeger.
Tomas: Damn, bastards.
Roeg: Shut it brat! What’s your pick?
Tomas: “That can give me a chance to look for Eren and knowing him he’ll want revenge against the Titans. And I can keep an eye on his progress and if he can use his Titan powers.”
Roeg jumps down from his horse and grabs Tomas collar and lifts him up as Tomas drops his bag
Roeg: I said pick you brat! What’s taking you so long?!
Tomas glares at Roeg and takes off his glasses and headbutts Roeg as he drops him holds his nose
Roeg: Damn, br-
Nile: Enough, Roeg. You’re causing a scene. Matthuas pick already.
Tomas: I accept working as a medical staff member for the Cadet Corps.
Nile: Good.
Tomas puts his glasses back on and grabs his bag and fixes his coat and looks at Nile
Tomas: I’m guessing we have to leave now?
Nile: Yes, do you have everything needed?
Tomas: Yeah, and I suppose the government will be help funding supplies?
