Blate headed outside, didn't care about what would the headmaster say to her. On her way to Star's shelter, she found a long dark alley. It caught her attention. She looked around first, then slowly headed into the alley.

KRRTT

Something's moving in the darkness. She walked deeper inside the alley to made sure what she heard was right. That chained sound again. Oh no. She turned her back to realized that she went in to deep. It was pitch black. The sound was getting closer.

'This must be a dream' thought Blate.
It wasn't. She despise the dark. Her heart's pounding fast. She wanted to cry. She couldn't see what or who chased her. She walked carefully away from the sound.

Splack!
She stepped on something. Felt like water. Looked down, it wasn't water. It wasn't pitch black anymore, so she could see what color was it. It's red.

"MRS. BARTLE?!??" she shouted. The sound kept getting closer to her. That chained sound really made her scared to death. Her adrenaline kicked in, no time to mourned her, she must ran, she didn't want to die, right? She immediately closed her mouth, and ran as fast as she could out from that damned alley. The sound couldn't reached her once she was in the light.

She puked out. The smell and the chain sound would haunt her for life. She knew that was Mrs. Bartle from the clothes she wore when they went shopping. She settled herself down, cried, what had she done? Something came up to her, sounded like a four legged animal.

"Blord?" she hugged Blord.
Blord's tail waggled in joy.
"How did you get out, unnoticed?" she immediately forgot about what she had been through and focused on Blord. Blord licked Blate's cheek that filled with tears.

She then realized that her undershoe caught some blood. She searched for some water to wash it down. She couldn't get back to the school of course, they would suspected her of involving in a maid's death.
Luckily, Blord was already got out from that place, so she could go wherever she wanted without any worry. Sooner or later, they would found out about this. Maybe by that time, she was ready. She must found Star right now. Blord followed her running step from behind.

"Phew, finally. Huh? Muddy footsteps? Is someone here?"
Star finally got inside the castle. The bird also flew into the castle by the window. She looked around the room she was in. It looked like a child's playroom.
"What a room.. Man, if only I have room this big, I would've stayed and never leave outside this place. Right, birdie?"
The bird seems rolled its eyes. Star searching around the room for a secret door that lead upwards to the top of the palace.
Grrkk...
"Who's that?!?! That you, birdie? Please don't make a mess, we must respect this place. Even though this was abandoned." she startled and blamed the bird.
The bird flew on her head and attacking her hair with its featherly wings. Star laughed while making the bird stop.
Something's moving from downstairs.
"Nope, nothing's here. Nor was." she thought of something and started to walk on the front door.

Locked. But she could easily opened it with her skill. Krk.. The door knob was getting opened. Suddenly..

"AAAAAAAAAA..." Star shouted very loudly. Perhaps the people on the market could heard her. The bird startled too. Never in its life hearing such loud noise.

"Hello.." a familiar figure standing right in front of the door, scaring poor Star.
"Blate? Oh, God, you scared me. How did you know that I'm here?" asked Star with her cracked voice after those scream. She put her hand on her chest.

"Blord can sniffs your smell by this pear, what are you doing here?" Blate talked innocently not knowing that she almost got Star a heart attack.
